We are truly thrilled to announce that after the extensive remodeling and upgrades, the Loggerhead Inn has been transformed to meet the expectations of today's discerning traveler. Whatever you are looking for, the Loggerhead Inn will provide the perfect lodging choice for your visit to Surf City and the Topsail Island area!

This unit offers our guests 2 Queen Beds, a lounge area featuring a loveseat, dining table with chairs and a private bathroom boasting a sleek and modern design. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Located on ground level - no stairs - which provides easy access for the mobility challenged! This completely redesigned room comes equipped with a heating & air conditioning unit, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, a microwave, Cable TV and wireless high speed internet access to ensure our modern travelers enjoy functionality while enjoying an island vacation. On site amenities include a shared gravel lot with a parking space right in front of the unit, outdoor shower units, a community-style picnic area, and access to our private pool!

Loggerhead Inn private pool is made available by Memorial Weekend and typically closes by October 1st. In some instances, these dates can change due to varying circumstances. We do have a no smoking policy for all of our rooms and guests who smoke or use vapor type devices in rooms will be charged an additional $200 fee for cleaning and restoration. Guest is responsible for any accidental damages that occur such as carpet stains or damage to walls, floors, or furniture. Unreported damages may result in additional charges to guests.

Don't forget your furry family members, as this unit does allow 1 dog with a $25 per night plus tax non-refundable pet rent. This pet rent is not included in initial quote for your stay and does have to be paid prior to arrival. We do require that our furry family members be friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. As a reminder, dogs are not permitted on furniture. We understand that many dogs naturally shed - we ask that our guests take steps to remove pet hair prior to checking out. Guest is responsible for any accidental damages that occur such as carpet stains or damage to walls, floors, or furniture. Unreported pet damages may result in additional charges to guests.

After submitting your reservation:
Within 24 hours, you will receive an email from Carolina Retreats Vacations directing you to use the link therein to ESign your Rental Document. Your acceptance and submission of this document is required for any stay with Carolina Retreats Vacations. Check In cannot be permitted without a properly completed ESign Rental Document on file.
Tenants are responsible for abiding by all terms and conditions and instructions in the Rental Document, in printed information provided to Tenants, and in the rooms and on premises.
If you have requested a dog friendly suite and will be bringing dogs, please be sure to notify our Vacation Planner so that your reservation can be adjusted accordingly. Pet Rent and any other option not included in the original quote must be paid to Carolina Retreats Vacations directly. You will be provided with a secure payment portal to make any such payments.
Your request is not finalized until one of our Vacation Planners has personally verified your information. All reservations submitted must be finalized and confirmed with signed agreement by no later than 3 days following the date of the reservation request.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. This indicates that we have your agreement as needed.
As we approach your arrival dates, you will be provided with communications from Carolina Retreats Vacations via your email and your cell #. Please ensure that Carolina Retreats Vacations has your correct information.
