The deck from the living area has plenty of seating to take in the ocean breezes. This floor also offers 3 Queen Bedrooms, 2 of which are located on the sound/marsh side deck, a bedroom with 2 twin beds and 2 shared hallway bathrooms. At the end of the hallway you will find the laundry room.
The 2nd floor provides 2 Queen Bedrooms with a deck to each, one on the sound/marsh side and one on the street side. The shared hallway bathroom is convenient to both bedrooms, as well as a separate shared sitting area.
The outside shower offers hot/cold water making it easy to rinse the kids off without the shock of just good ol' cold water!
Parking for up to 6 vehicles.
