There is a deeded beach access across the street from the community entrance. You are only a quick walk or ride to the beach. You will be provided with parking passes should you want to drive over.

Rate Includes- Rent, Property Protection Plan and Booking Fee. Absolutely no events. NO Smoking.
This home allows dogs only. Pet Fee of $300.00 per pet is NOT automatically included in the rental rates. If you are bringing a Pet please call our office to have this fee added.
***Paper goods and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island.***
***Charcoal or Gas grill is NOT included with this rental home***
From the HOA: Marina/ Boat Launch: Guests and renters (and rental agencies): The Docks are NOT to be used except with the permission of the owner, and in particular, no fishing or catching bait is permitted without permission. This does NOT apply to the neighborhood marina. Every member and their guests/renters are allowed to use the marina, subject of course to our rules. The individual boat slips are privately owned. They can not be use them without the owner's permission, but the marina as a whole is a neighborhood common area.
The Area: Topsail is a 28 mile long, barrier island made up of marshes, barrier flats, dunes, and beach. Topsail Beach is home to Jolly Rodgers Pier - once an Observation tower for NASA - now a great fishing spot and the best place to watch sunrises and sea life.
