Light and airy; This home will truly be a blessing to all that are lucky enough to stay here. Located on a peaceful, residential, oceanfront stretch of North Topsail Beach this 4 bedroom, 3 bath Single Family Home is so inviting. You will be able to enjoy some serious beach time without the bother of being in the middle of the hustle and bustle of a beach town. You will only be a quick 6-minute drive to the center of Surf City where you can get a great meal at one of the many wonderful restaurants or to find a treasure at a gift shop. A little further away and over one of our 2 scenic bridges will be the closest grocery stores as well as more shops, restaurants, and activities.
Like many beach homes this property is a reverse floor plan meaning the gathering spaces are upstairs to maximize the beautiful view. The top floor has a spacious open floor plan with the living room and dining room all flowing into the kitchen. The deck is the length of the home and truly allows the outside in. Light and airy: decorated in beachy tones of ecru and white you will feel centered and calm while staying here. The living room has a comfortable couch and love seat with a smart TV. The dining room table seats 6, close by is the kitchen bar height island that has 2 stools. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to create a wonderful oceanfront meal for your crew or order in and go casual. The view like the horizon seems never ending, with each new day of your stay you will be greeted by a new sun. Everyone will be able to share time, catch up, hang out, enjoy a meal, watch a movie, play a game or just watch the pelicans soar by and the waves roll in. There is a smaller deck on the front of the home which allows for a little quiet time to contemplate the views of the most spectacular sunsets that the East Coast has to offer. The master bedroom with a Queen size bed and TV is the only bedroom on the second floor. It has an ensuite bathroom with step in shower which can also be accessed through the hall. The master bedroom has a private access onto the top floor deck.
The first floor has a Queen size bedroom with TV and ensuite bathroom, there is step in shower, no bathtub. The 2 bunk bedrooms each boasts a pyramid bunk bed (full size on the bottom and a twin on top) as well as a twin size bunk bed. The 2 bunk rooms share the other bathroom with a bathtub/ shower. Each first-floor bedroom has access to the covered deck. There is a full-size washer and dryer on this floor to help make clean up quick and easy. Sea God's Blessing sleeps 14.
The parking area is generous and can accommodate up to 6 vehicles.
The ocean front decks on this home are amazing. You'll find yourself pulled out onto the deck to start your day with the sunrise and the beverage of your choice and find that you haven't budged until the sun is getting low in the sky. The top floor is a full sun deck packed with fun-colored high-top chairs. You won't miss a single dolphin playing in the surf! The first-floor deck is covered and has the same chairs. All decks are connected and extend from the ground level to the top floor. There are a couple of gates to keep little ones corralled. The cross walk from the first-floor deck over the dunes has a private seating area. For everyone's convenience there is an outdoor shower at the top of the beach access stairs to spray off and cool down. Allow this home and Topsail Island to bless your family year after year!

This home only allows dogs, some restrictions may apply. The Pet Fee of $300.00 is non-refundable and NOT automatically included in the rental rates. Please call the office to add the pet fee.
**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you, or bought once you arrive on the island.
Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.
Guest Access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!

Check Out: Is 10:00 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
The Area: Topsail is a 28 mile long, barrier island made up of marshes, barrier flats, dunes, and beach. Topsail Beach is home to Jolly Rodgers Pier - once an Observation tower for NASA - now a great fishing spot and the best place to watch sunrises and sea life. The Missiles and More Museum is also another great attraction to visit. North Topsail Beach is 8 miles (13 minutes) from Surf City, it is also 6.4 miles (9 minutes) to Sneads Ferry. North Topsail is home to the Seaview Pier. At the Pier, you can go fishing, watch the ocean from the pier, get some ice cream, order from the restaurant.
