The full-length, multi-floor decks, both open and covered, offer the perfect spot to soak in views of pelicans, dolphins, surfers, waves and take in spectacular unobstructed sunrises and sunsets. The private pool provides lazy days of outdoor fun, ample lounge furniture and a private beach access with outdoor showers. The hot tub is conveniently located on the mid-level of the home, with ocean views.
The large well laid out and fully appointed kitchen offers plentiful custom cherry cabinetry, and expansive granite counters. Prepare meals with ease using the 48" professional six burner gas stainless steel cooktop with griddle, custom hood, dual wall ovens and separate microwave. The second prep sink can serve as a wet bar near the built-in wine cooler.
With two dishwashers clean-up is made easier. There are two refrigerators with three icemakers and a pantry and washer and dryer are in the adjacent laundry room.
The breakfast bar which seats 5 and the large capacity double stainless-steel Franke sink make meal preparation easy and fun for multiple cooks. A custom made dining table accomodates 14 with comfortable parson chair seating. The dining area provides indoor unobstructed oceanview dining- the ultimate backdrop for your family meals.
An additional dining table with seating for 8 overlooks the sound side sunset deck and doubles as a game table. Dimmable lighting throughout contributes to a soft "atmosphere".
The top floor also conveniently features the King Master Suite, with access to the oceanfront deck. The spacious Master bath includes double sinks, separate water closet, bidet, whirlpool tub and a large custom Jerusalem Gold stone walk in shower with two separate shower heads.
An additional bedroom on this third level features a queen bed and private bathroom. There is a charming, bright guest powder room for the living room use which completes the 3rd floor level.
The mid-level second floor of the home has two oceanfront King Master Suites with direct deck access and private lavish master baths. There are two additional King bedrooms on the Sound side with access to private covered decks, which are ideal spots to watch the beautiful sunset over the Sound. One of these masters is en suite and the other shares a jack and jill bathroom with a children's bunk room providing flexibility. This bathroom can be locked out to provide more privacy while the bunk rooms can then share a hall bathroom.
The fifth bedroom on the second level has a double bunk bed and the sixth bedroom has a double bunk bed as well as an additional twin bunk bed.
The masterpiece of the second level is a dedicated home theater featuring a 80" 3D TV and plush amphitheater style reclining seating for 15. This is an incredible space for streaming the latest blockbusters and old favorites too. Another TV with streaming services is in the great room and there are three DVRs and a tv in the bedrooms and the game room.
The entire ground level is fun packed offering a game room/lounge area, complete with pool table, foosball, ping pong. The two rooms offer ample seating and both sofas convert to queen size sleepers. There is a flat screen TV for video gaming in the game room.
