An Olive Branch symbolizes peace and that is what you will feel at this beach cottage. Chock full of special touches you'll want to return to this home year after year. The Olive Branch is perfect for someone who may have issues with stairs as there are only the few in the backyard to get into the hot tub or down to the fire pit. The "man" cave is a great outdoor space to sit back and enjoy the rare experience of watching whatever you would like while still being outside surrounded by the sea, salt, and sand. Enough can't be said about all the gathering places this home has to offer. The Hot Tub is extra-large and doubles as a lap pool. There is a combination of benches, high top Adirondack style chairs and high-top stools for seating on the decks and around the fire pit. On the street side there is ample parking for 2 vehicles. This is truly a property where everyone can gather to enjoy each other's company.
When you walk into the front door you are greeted with an eclectically decorated open floor plan. There is a leather couch and club chair that will envelope you as you get comfy and wind down. Put your feet up on the ottoman as you click on the smart TV. The large kitchen island serves as both a work surface as well as a dining table with 6 fun mismatched stools. The kitchen is well equipped for an average day of cooking. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and ensuite bathroom with an easy step in shower. This room has a private access onto the deck. For your convenience there is a washer and dryer inside the master bedroom closet. There is one other full bathroom with a tub/ shower unit to be shared by the other two bedrooms. The 2 other bedrooms consist of one bunk bedroom (twin on top and bottom) and one room with a queen. This home has a light and sunny feel to it.
Just around either corner, less than a quarter of a mile away, you will find a beach access. In practically no time at all you'll be on the beach setting up your umbrella or tent to start your fun in the sun. Located within walking distance to several shops and restaurants this easy-going beach house is conveniently located in Surf City. The Area: Surf City is located in the heart of Topsail Island. Rent paddleboards, kayaks, fishing gear and much more just two blocks away at Herrings Outdoor Sports. Multiple grocery stores, gas stations, etc located within a few minutes. A local favorite, Shaka Taco is just under a mile walk or 4 min. drive, along with other restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques.
Other Things to Note:
Rates Include: Rent, Property Protection Fee, Booking Fee and Pet Fee. Absolutely no events such as but not limited to: weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties. NO Smoking.
This home is Dog Friendly, some restrictions may apply. One Pet Fee of $300.00 is NOT automatically included in the rental rates.
**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you, or bought once you arrive on the island.
