"Kato's Kove" offers any beach lover the perfect getaway. Come enjoy beautiful sunset views across the marshes from the back porch or sip your morning coffee on the front deck while you take in the ocean view. As an added bonus this beautiful property allows you to share your Island Time with your well behaved fur baby.
This lovely 3 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath is just a short distance to the beach. Outside there is an outdoor shower for convenient rinsing off from a day at the beach, a picnic table for eating with the kids, and a storage room to keep your beach gear.
The first floor is the ideal area for the family to spend time together playing games or hanging out in the spacious living room, eating together in the cozy dining room or on the breakfast bar, whipping up something special in the stocked kitchen, relaxing on the picturesque screened back porch or simply experiencing the coastal life on the front deck with high-top table and chairs or lounging in the chaise chairs. There is also a half bath and laundry room on this floor for your convenience.
Just upstairs is where the three bedrooms are located. The large master bedroom is a great resting place and includes a queen bed, television,dresser, sitting area, has a private bathroom with a shower, and also offers a view of the ocean. The second bedroom is a nice soft yellow color perfect for a peaceful night slumber and contains a queen bed. The third bedroom features two twin beds and also provides a nice view of the ocean. There is another full bathroom on the upstairs floor.
"Kato's Kove" provides all you need inside and out for a family vacation or a friends get-together.
Other Things to Note:
Kato's Kove is available for rent by the week during the summer months Saturday - Saturday as well as Monthly reservations during the off season (mid -Sept to mid - May).
Rates Include: Rent, Property Protection Fee and Booking Fee . Absolutely no events such as but not limited to: weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties. NO Smoking.
This home allows dogs only, some restrictions may apply. The pet fee of $300 per pet is non-refundable and not automatically applied to the rental rates.
**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you, or bought once you arrive on the island.
Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.
Guest Access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!
Arrival and Departure:
Summer Check-ins Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 4:00 PM
Off Season Check-ins: Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 3:00 PM
Check Out: Is 10:00 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
