Welcome to the highly desirable Ocean Dunes resort! Our vacation rental is located on the oceanfront, giving you access to an expanse of stunning beachfront views at the southern tip of Pleasure Island. Enjoy the amenities of the resort, including multiple outdoor pools, tennis courts, shuffle board, grills, and playgrounds for the kids. After a day at the beach, visit the recreation center for an indoor pool, spa, sauna, exercise room and clubhouse. Relax, unwind, and make lasting memories at this beautiful destination!
Ground Level:
Our building has security cameras monitoring the entry door.
Assigned covered parking for two vehicles, exterior stairs to property level.
Storage: Beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie board available for guest use.
Fitness Center across the street from the 2100 building.
This is a reminder that all three outdoor pools will be closed as of October 31. They are scheduled to re-open on April 1 2024.
The Rec Center pool is opened year-round with the exception of holidays or for any routine or emergency maintenance scheduled at the Rec Center.

This is a first floor unit.
Kitchen: Seating for 2 at the Bar, Electric Stove.
Dining Room: Seating for 5 at dining table.
Living Room: Flat Screen TV with Cable, Soft Side Chair, Full Size Sofa Sleeper, Covered porch Access.
Porch: 4 Adirondack Chairs w/ Table, Oceanfront, Accessed from Living Room and Master Bedroom.
Primary Bedroom Suite: King Size Bed, Cable/Roku TV, Porch Access. Ensuite Bathroom: Walk-In Shower.
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, Roku TV. (please note: the top bunk as pictured, has been removed from property)
Bathroom 1: Full, Tub/Shower Combo.
Parking: 2 Assigned Spaces
Guest parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis
Security Cameras are located at the parking area and front porch of this property.
Rental Policies:
In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3pm and are guaranteed by 5pm
Check out is by 10 AM.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
*Keyed entry. You will need to stop by the office to get your keys.

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed with travelers. The Ocean Dunes Community has a strict policy that only condo owners are allowed to bring pets.
Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.
*This property has pest control scheduled for the second Tuesday-Thursday of every month. You do not need to be present, but access must be granted.*

Adventure awaits. Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. Whether it's exploring activities on the island, enjoying the ocean views, or enjoying a cocktail by sunset from your own private balcony, Pleasure Island offers diversion for every enthusiast!
Explore the treasures of Carolina Beach, ranked one of the top 10 boardwalks in the country by Food & Wine magazine. One of the last remaining beach boardwalks on the East Coast, it includes a variety of restaurants, arcade, shops, ice cream, Famous Britts Donuts, bars, and more! During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music, carnival rides, bingo, family nights, and events like the weekly fireworks and concert series. Rent a Jeep, bicycle, or golf cart as the most convenient ways to navigate the island. Annual off- season events include the Cape Fear Kite Festival, Christmas by the Sea, and the Island of Lights Festival.
