This beautifully remodeled home is all aboutwater! It is located directly across the street from the ocean withunobstructed views of the water from the partially shaded front deck, completewith furniture to enjoy the ocean breeze over your morning coffee. The largesunny back deck overlooks the canal and your own private boat dock. A largeheated pool is provided for your enjoyment. Imagine your family laughing andsplashing in the cool water. In the evenings, enjoy a gorgeous sunset from thewarm bubbles of the hot tub, perhaps with your favorite adult beverage in hand.

With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 baths, there's more than enough space for yourentire family to relax and enjoy a fabulous Topsail Island vacation. The livingarea has oceanside deck access and a large wide screen TV in front of awrap-around sofa. WiFi is provided for those who just can't leave their toys athome. An additional queen sleeper sofa is also available to accommodate extraguests.

The dining table seats 6, plus there's seating for an additional 8 incomfortable bistro-type chairs at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainlessappliances and has everything needed for the family chef to create the family'sfavorite meals and snacks. A largelaundry room with a half bath is tucked away in the corner.

The king and one queen bedroom have an ocean view and deck access. The kingbedroom has a private bath, while the queen bedroom shares a bath with thecenter bedroom that has another queen and a set of bunks. The rear waterfrontbedroom with a queen, plus a set of bunks, has its own private bath. Thisbedroom has great Intracoastal Waterway and canal views.

On the ground level there's parking available both under and beside the housefor several cars, plus there's an enclosed outside shower for rinsing away thesand before entering the house. Beachaccesses are just steps away from the driveway in both directions. Bring yourboat and your surf board to enjoy your beach vacation any way you look!
