Ground Level: There is a large parking lot available to guests and residents. Century 21 provides our guests with 2 parking passes.

Surf Condo 125 is located on the second floor in one of the most oceanfront buildings. Situated at the edge of the dunes, the oceanfront deck is just above the beach and offers vacationers a splendid view of the ocean. Conveniently located just around the corner from the Surf's beach access and walking paths to the pool, in no time at all you can be swimming in the ocean or relaxing poolside. Surf Condo 125 accommodates 6 people with 1 bedroom, bunk beds, a queen sleep sofa, and 1 ½ baths.

Master Bedroom: This bedroom offers guests a queen size bed with a solid oak headboard. Across the room, a matching dresser and mirror are adjacent to an entertainment center with a television and VHS player. This bedroom has a private half bath with a second door leading to a shared full bath for easy access to the shower.

The full bath offers a shower with tub and is also accessible from the main hallway. Across the hall, 2 twin size bunk beds have brightly colored cartoon comforters. The blond finish bed frame has a sturdy ladder to the top bunk.This sleeping alcove is perfect for younger vacationers.

Great Room: On the left a wooden farmers style table offers ocean view dining for 6 on white and natural wood finish chairs. Additional seating is available at the kitchen breakfast bar where 3 tall matching chairs look into the open kitchen. This well-stocked kitchen has clean lines with medium finish wood cabinets and creamy white countertops. Appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, blender, electric can opener, coffee maker and toaster. Take a cup of freshly brewed java out to the deck in the morning and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic. Enjoy this picturesque scene before the rest of the world wakes and makes their way to the beautiful white sand beach below.

The entire great room has fabulous ocean views through the triple window slider to the deck. The spacious living room is nicely arranged with 2 sofas facing each other and a large square coffee table on an attractive area rug at center. Solid wood tables hold lamps and display ocean and beach theme decorations. A swivel rocker offers a solitary seat in which to relish the fantastic view. Two cube shaped ottomans offer a resting spot for tired feet or a soft seat for board games on the coffee table. The media center has a TV, DVD and VHS player for easy evening entertainment. Head out to the deck for an Oceanside dinner under the stars at the patio table with 4 chairs. Afterwards, relax in a cushioned deck chair and listen to the waves rolling in. An outdoor storage bin on the deck holds a boogie board, two beach chairs, and a couple beach toys. At the end of a sunny beach day, dry your wet swimsuit on the deck clothesline, neatly strung across the front rail.

Surf Condo 125 is as close to the beach as you can get. Just two floors above the dunes of waving sea oats, the sounds of the ocean will lull you to sleep at night. Here at Surf Condo 125, Life isn't good: it's great!

Your check-in location is our Surf City office. Linens are provided. Pets are not permitted in this property. Smoking is not permitted in the property. Maximum occupancy is 6 at any time. Your check-in time is 3:30 pm unless you have confirmed and paid the early bird check-in option. Please be sure we have received complete payment within 30 days of your arrival to avoid cancellation.
