Newly completed for the 2007 rental season. This home was designed and built by one of the areas finest luxury home builders. No convenience has been overlooked. The bedrooms are generous as are the public spaces. With over 5000 square feet of living area, there is ample room for any size group.
Upon entering the home, you are immediately awed by the large open four story stair tower. Just a few steps up and the grandeur of the Atlantic is revealed. Alternatively you may take the elevator from the ground floor and enjoy a breathtaking view of the sound.
Guests can sip a cool drink from the generously sized wet bar complete with refrigerator or relax and take in a movie on one of the two 50 inch plasma TV with surround sound. Enjoy sitting on the ocean front deck or relaxing in the large hot tub spa that overlooks the private pool and ocean. Children will love the heated pool featuring cascading water jets from the deck into the pool and a whimsical mermaid riding a sea turtle.
The second floor great room is one of the largest great rooms on Topsail Island. The soaring two story glass windows seem to bring the Atlantic right into the room. The great room has a 50 inch plasma TV and a gas fireplace. With plenty of comfortable seating, this is an ideal place to watch a movie or just talk with friends and family.
Meal preparation is a delight in the spacious upscale kitchen. The kitchen features a large prep area with a top of the line GE Monogram cook top, oven, and a 42 inch Sub Zero refrigerator. Two large Kitchenaid dishwaters are positioned on either side of the sink under the granite countertop. A second prep area and sink are located near the walk in pantry. This well designed space makes it easy for large groups to work together in the kitchen. With views of both the sound and the ocean, working in this kitchen is truly a joy.
The enormous custom made dinning room table seats 14 comfortably. Kids and adults will love sitting at the breakfast bar which seats 7. There are an extra 6 seats available at the outdoor table on the deck.
