Top of the Dune is a great family friendly beach home offering its guests a wonderful space to enjoy and relax during their stay. This spacious oceanfront beach home is located in North Topsail Beach, just minutes from shopping, dining, golf and more.

Spend some time unwinding on the large oceanfront deck that Top of the Dune has to offer. Spend your mornings sipping coffee while watching the dolphins play in the surf or lounge on the custom wood furniture, away from the heat of the afternoon. Top of the Dune also offers an outdoor shower on the walkway to the beach, for rinsing off all that sand.

Ground Level : Parking for up to 4 vehicles is provided. Guests can use the right side of the garage for storage. A walkway around the right side of the home offers you a passageway to the oceanfront deck from the parking area.

First Level: Top of the Dune has a regular floor plan; the living spaces and two bedrooms are located on the first level of this home. There are a few steps up to the first level once you enter.

The living, dining and kitchen areas fill the ocean side of this beach home. The large open kitchen has enough room for any chef to cook up great meals. The room has tile floors, a built-in desk and French doors that lead to the oceanfront deck. The kitchen has all your amenities; a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster and crockpot. The large bar has extra seating for up to 5 guests.

The dining room is filled with windows, giving guests a captivating oceanfront dining experience. The room has a large rectangular oak table, seating up to 6. For casual meals, dine on the deck, which provides a round picnic table.

The living room is a great place for the family to hang out. The room has a portable oak bar, perfect for after dinner cocktails, a comfortable black leather chair, recliner and floral sofa. The room also offers a TV with VCR, DVD and stereo.

Two bedrooms are located on the sound side of this beach home. The first bedroom, on the left, offers a queen bed, ceiling fan and dresser.

The second bedroom, across the hall, offers a queen bed and a twin bunk, double closets and mirrored dresser.

The two rooms share a bathroom, accessible in the hallway. Also located in the hallway is the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

Second Level: Upstairs you will find a spacious family friendly loft and master suite. The loft is a great space for the children to hang out. This room offers a futon and trundle bed, perfect for sleeping four. This space has a TV, VCR, stereo and a bookshelf filled with great reading material.

Beyond the loft, through the double doors is the master suite. The room is the perfect getaway for any vacationers. Offering a queen size wrought iron bed, TV, telephone, ceiling fan and beautiful views of the ocean, you'll love staying up here. Attached is a private master bath, offering guests tile flooring, a separate shower area and a Jacuzzi tub. The only item that would make this room better is an oceanfront deck, and this room has one with a screened door, so you can listen to the calming ocean sounds as you drift off to sleep.
