Park across street The Complex of Crosswinds is located just outside the business district of Surf City between South Shore Drive and South Topsail Drive in Surf City.
Crosswinds offers either Oceanfront and Interior Town homes with 2 or 3 bedrooms. Each Town home has central heating and air conditioning. The older Crosswinds properties are traditional floor plans with living area on the 1st level and bedding on the 2nd. The newer phases of the Crosswinds properties are reverse floor plans (living on the 2nd level and bedding on the 1st level).
This gated community offers community beach access and community pool.
A small Surf City Public Park is located across South Topsail Drive from Crosswinds and boasts a basket ball court, jungle gym, and swing just to name a few. Surf City Fishing Pier as well as fine dining and casual restaurants are just a few moments driving away from these properties.
Each Town Home in this community are privately owned and decorated to the tastes of the owners. Each property has a 2 car maximum. Gate and pool passes are provided by Lewis Realty Associates, Inc.
