| From the moment you enter the house, the sight and sound of the ocean greet you. Welcome to "Paradise Found"! The new owners have redone the house in hopes of having all amenities at your disposal. Decorated by the premier decorator for the island D's Interior. A wonderful open floor plan lends itself to family fun and casual living. Included on the first floor, and large master bedroom with private bath and walk in closet and a king bed, laundry room with large washer & dryer, and powder room. The large kitchen is a delight to be in, with plenty of work and storage space. The is a large flat HDTV over the fireplace in the living room with DVD player and a collection of DVD's for your enjoyment. However there are no guarantees as to the condition of the collection when you are there. The magnificent area opens to a large deck where you can watch the light show in the pool at night or watch the dolphins play or waves roll in during the day. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms. Three of which are ocean front. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the large foyer area between the bedrooms. The master suite has a king size bed, large bath with Jacuzzi, shower, double sink, and walk-in closet. It also has a private deck overlooking the ocean to watch the sunrise and catch the cool ocean breeze. Across the hall, on the sound side, is "the bunk room". There is one bunk bed with 2 twins and one bunk with a twin over a double. This room also has a playstation. The queen bedroom also overlooks the ocean with a private deck. The middle room overlooking the ocean has a daybed with a trundle. Of course all bedrooms have a TV. There is Wireless Internet for your convenience. Whether collecting shells, building sand castles, fishing, surfing, or swimming there is always something interesting to do. The new 30 by 14 ft heated pool is great for family fun, the private hot tub is great if you just want to relax, and the enclosed shower is close at hand. Just enjoy the landscaped area with the ocean beyond! With so much to do in this exceptional house, your only lament will be that you could not stay longer in "Paradise Found". Bedding: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, Bunk Bed, Pyramid Bunk, Day Bed w/trundle, 2 Queens Sleeper Sofas. Sleeps 17. |
