On the second floor you will find the kitchen, living room, dining area, table arcade full of games, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The third floor has 2 bedrooms with futons and a fitness area combo and one bathroom. Each level has a deck and the views are great. Each side downstairs has a hot tub and a shared boat dock.
