GROUND LEVEL:There is covered parking for two vehicles with additional parking in the driveway.The wet weather entry welcomes you into a tiled foyer with soft yellow walls. A dark wooden bench sits below a unique mirror in the entrance. To your immediate left the elevator provides service to all floors. Complete with beautifully finished solid wood walls and hardwood flooring, the elevator holds two people comfortably and can assist you with your luggage as well. Further along the corridor a spacious closet is available for beach chairs, sand toys and the like. On the ocean side a door leads to the covered cement patio. Relax on the red vintage rocking loveseat while burgers cook on the provided grill. A colorful outdoor area rug and a white rocking chair complete the private seating area enclosed by raised ornamental grass. Rinse off beach sand in the outdoor enclosed shower adjacent to the patio.

1st LEVEL:On this level you'll find three bedrooms from which to choose. In the hall at the top of the stairs the elevator waits to assist you. The washer and dryer are concealed here in a large closet. Hardwood floors against the crisp white trim and soft yellow walls feel bright and airy. On the ocean side the first master suite awaits.

Master Suite 1st Level: A king size bed is dressed with a modern quilt colored in teal, brown, and gold. Throw pillows are piled high and coordinate with the dark teal bed skirt. The walls are washed in a soft steel blue color. Enjoy your favorite show on the television located across the room on a fashionable oversize table. White finish furniture and a leather chair complete the sophisticated beach look. Cotton tab top panels grace the two sliding glass doors that lead to your private ocean view deck. A staircase off the deck provides easy access to the boardwalk below for an early morning walk. Ocean views abound from the entire bedroom. Solid wood flooring throughout the bedroom meets tile in the master bath, which has a whirlpool tub for a spa experience.

Bedroom 2: A soothing pale green covers the walls in the bedroom and private full bath. Berber carpet softens the bedroom. The bunk bed with a twin and double bed is ready for younger vacationers. A tall solid wood dresser and a round bright pink chair provide the entertainment area complete with a television and Nintendo 64. Sliding doors overlook the large shared deck. Views of the Intracoastal Waterway, creeks, and marsh are stunning.

Bedroom 3: The beach style queen size striped quilt is a fresh contrast against the white headboard and side table. Pale sea green walls balance nicely with the bright accents including an orange director's chair. Your private full bath has a tile floor and soft sea green walls. Teal Adirondack rocking chairs await you on the shared deck overlooking the Intracoastal creeks and waterway.

SECOND LEVEL:Climb the sunny open stairway to the second level and you'll find another elevator access. . An oversized floor mirror adds flair to the top floor hallway. To the right is the great room with fantastic views of the ocean and beach. The kitchen's oversized cabinets are well stocked for your cooking pleasure. Stainless steel appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator with ice dispenser, smooth top stove, built in microwave, and dishwasher. Corian solid surface countertops boast a seamless sink and an extra long bar with seating for three. Enjoy ocean view dining at the high rise solid wood table that seats six and has an additional leaf. Relax onto the micro-suede sofa and butter soft leather chairs and catch up on the movies you've been meaning to see on the flat screen television or DVD player. Rest your feet on the leather cushioned coffee table or reverse the cushions for a solid surface beverage holder. Star gaze from the comfort of the outdoor seating on the ocean side deck. Hardwood floors throughout the great room extend down the hall where you'll find a half bath with a pedestal sink and white wainscoting.

Master Suite 2nd Level: The king size bed is framed in white wicker and covered with a soft floral quilt. A bisque micro-suede chaise lounge and a dark wine area rug create a cozy nook near the white dresser. The hardwood floors in the bedroom meet sand colored tile in the master bath which has a whirlpool tub. White wainscoting covers the lower walls in the pale coral colored bath.
