Pool passes are provided by Century 21. Ground Level: In this area you will find parking for vehicles, elevators and stairs leading to the upper floors. Parking passes are provided by Century 21. Autos are limited to 2 per property. Second Level: Shipwatch Villas 1208 is found on the second level. Walk up the ramp to the first level and take the elevator to the second level, 1208 is on the right side of the building. Before you enter Shipwatch Villas 1208 the outdoor greets you with a motion sensitive light, turning on when you approach the door. You'll also find a bench and hooks to hang all your beach gear on. Come inside and discover what else Shipwatch Villas 1208 has to offer you: The living room of Shipwatch Villas 1208 is filled with bright, tropical furniture and accessories. The white wicker furnishings are the perfect compliment to the sun-kissed, colorful sofas. This space offers a TV with DVD player, books, puzzles, games, a portable stereo and CD's to listen to. A sliding glass door leads to the oceanfront deck. Step outside and take in the panoramic views of Topsail Island. The outdoor seating areas on the deck are the perfect place for relaxing with a cool beverage on a hot Carolina afternoon. Hardwood cabinets surround the kitchen area. This room offers guests a refrigerator with icemaker built-in microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster and toaster oven. Enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee at the kitchen bar or cook up a gourmet dinner and savor all it's flavors at the dining table, accommodating up to 4. The hallway holds the two bedrooms, one at each end, a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and a full bathroom with double sinks. The master bedroom sits on the ocean side of the condo. The room is filled with pastel pink walls and calming seashells. A restful retreat, the bedroom has a queen size bed, a dresser, armoire and access to the oceanfront deck. Open the sliding glass doors and fall asleep to the sounds of the waves rolling up onto the sand. The second bedroom, located on the sound side of the condo, offers two double beds covered in soft hued star quilts and a TV.
