Ground Level: At the end of a long quaint road, the cul-de-sac leads you onto the paved drive. Amid the pilings you will find shaded parking for about 5 cars. There is a small yard, but your eyes and feet may lead you over to the boat dock/ramp. Equipped with a lift and large cleaning area for your prized catch, this area is sure to provide hours of enjoyment. Maybe you will spend an afternoon soaking up the rays on the sundeck. Bring the cooler, enjoy cool refreshments, and invite a few others to join you. There is plenty of room with built in seating.

From the parking area, you will go up a set of stairs leading to a deck where you can enter the home from one of three locations. Initially, you can enter into the main living room. Alternatively, you may follow the deck as it wraps around to a covered porch where you will find an entrance into the family room. Finally, if you walk across the porch to the second deck, it will lead to the utility entrance of the home.

All the living space is contained on one level and features vaulted ceilings. The home is light and bright with several picture windows. There are comfortable furnishings, private rooms, and two living areas, which make sure that everyone has a space where they can entertain themselves. There are fun artistic pieces throughout the home that celebrate a life on the shore.

Featuring a roomy sectional sofa equipped with recliners, the living room has an entertainment center that houses a color cable TV, VCR, DVD player, stereo system, and a Play Station game system. The adjacent dining area has a glass top table with seating for four and offers the main course of sound views through the picture window. There is a cozy family room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and recliner. A large flat screen TV with cable, a VCR, DVD player, and stereo system are shelved and ready to entertain. There is also a picture window offering spectacular views.

The nautically inspired kitchen in blue and white is spacious and functional with all the essentials and many extras. There is a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The numerous cabinets house all the many essentials for cooking up a few favorite meals. For a light breakfast, there is a toaster oven and coffee pot. Access to the laundry room is convenient and the full sized washer and dryer add an ease to your stay. The kids will be glad to pack less clothes and more fishing gear or beach toys.

The Master Suite is large and relaxing. The King sized bed is covered in all the favorite coastal colors of blue, green, coral, and yellow. The generously sized solid wood dresser will hold all your essentials. Feel free to unpack and make yourself at home. The master suite has an added bonus in the private luxury bath. The second and third bedrooms, separated by the hallway, share a full sized bath. The second bedroom is bright and cheerful. The Queen sized bed has a cheerful bed cover of bright pink, yellow, blue and green. The wood bed, chest of drawers and night table are comfortable furnishings welcoming the guest to their little hide out where they have their own cable TV, alarm clock radio with cassette player. The third bedroom offers two Twin oak beds covered in a sweet black and white floral. The dresser offers plenty of room for all the must-haves. There is a nightstand and two chairs as well as a cable TV. Everyone is sure to feel right at home.
