Almost Heaven Oceanfront is perfect for a family vacation home. The main house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and a great room for family gatherings. The separate guest cottage offers privacy with 1 bedroom and 1 bath, giving your extended family or friends their own retreat.

In close proximity to Almost Heaven Oceanfront you will find upscale and casual dining, bicycle and personal watercraft rentals, boat ramps, fishing piers, surf shops, and even a world-class golf course. Local seafood, fruits and vegetables can be found at roadside stands for your cooking enjoyment. Topsail Island is truly paradise.

All you can hear is the surf as you stand on the front and side decks located on the second level of Almost Heaven Oceanfront. Unobstructed ocean views provide a needed escape from the outside world. The house is located at the end of a dead end street: there's no traffic here. Just a short walk to the beach access leads you into another place where time stops and relaxation begins.

Main House: The lower level of Almost Heaven Oceanfront offers two carport spaces and ample open storage for beach toys, bikes, and more. Use the grill for a casual lunch or dinner at the shaded picnic table. An outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off sand from your day at the beach.

Two sets of stairs provide access to the upper level where you'll find a large side deck with views of the ocean and pastel colored Adirondack chairs. The deck continues across the front of the cottage where two large doors lead to the living room and dining area.

Entering through the side door into the great room you'll find comfortable yet fresh decor. Hardwood floors throughout the living area are accented with tasteful area rugs. The walls are painted in a soft sand color with white trim. The dining area has a country style table with 6 chairs. A freestanding electric log stove is at the ready should you decide to visit Topsail during the cooler months. Double doors provide a great ocean view and lead to the front deck. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glassware, pots, and pans. Three barstools fit neatly under the breakfast bar. The washer and dryer are conveniently located near the back door for those sandy, wet beach towels. The kitchen comes complete with a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and upscale coffee maker. In the sitting area you'll find a full size couch in a beautiful deep red with two chairs for additional seating. White wash finish end tables and coffee table lend a beachy feel to the room. Vintage style wall art make you yearn for yesteryear. Within the coat closet there are board games to entertain the family. A large television with a dish satellite and DVD player can help you catch up on this year's movies you meant to see. A great stereo system with wall mounted speakers and 5 CD player is waiting for your favorite music. The ocean can be seen through the double doors that lead to the deck.

Bedroom 1: As you walk down the hall you'll find a bedroom on each side. To the left is the master bedroom with a queen size bed. The bed is dressed with a cream and red floral quilt and coordinating striped dust ruffle. Matching throw pillows are piled high. The floor is covered with a soft cream area rug enhanced with a botanical floral design. The overhead fan/light and cream colored fabric shades provide a cool retreat from the sun. The full size bath is just around the corner at the end of the hall.

Bedroom 2: On the right side of the hall is a cheerfully decorated room with a bunk bed built for 3. The red frame holds a twin mattress on the top level with a double bed below. Red fabric roman shades, a tall dresser and two chairs finish the room. This bedroom shares the bath with the master bedroom.

Guest House: Just a few steps from the main house you'll find a picture perfect mini cottage. Hardwood floors throughout are accented with a soft area rug. An efficiency kitchen has the requisite double sink, coffeemaker and microwave, all you need for a quiet morning alone. Enjoy your coffee at the tall bistro table or walk on over to the main house to join the crowd. This cozy cottage is very accommodating. It has a full size bath, a queen size bed, a dresser, a wicker rocking chair and a small TV. The bed is covered in a dark taupe comforter with a floral print which coordinates nicely with the cream colored botanical print area rug.

Your check-in time is 3:30 pm unless you have confirmed and paid the early bird check-in option. Please be sure we have received complete payment within 30 days of your arrival to avoid cancellation.
