Brisa De Mar has two wonderful oceanfront decks with endless views of Topsail Island. The upper deck offers a great area for lying out in the warm Carolina sun and a picnic table for evening oceanfront meals. The lower deck is a shaded paradise; perfect for lounging with a cool glass of lemonade while watching the kids play in the sand. A hot and cold outdoor shower is located on the walkway to the beach.

Ground Level: Parking for 4 vehicles. There are two entrances, one on each side of the covered parking areas. Brisa De Mar has an elevator, which helps guests get luggage and groceries up to the second and third floors.

First Level: The first thing you'll discover in Brisa De Mar is the cool tile flooring in the hallway that leads guests out to the oceanfront deck. There are four bedrooms and two baths on this level.

The first bedroom, located on the street side offers a queen size bed covered in a green seashell themed comforter. The room has hand painted white furniture, a Flat Screen TV with DVD player, telephone and ceiling fan.

The second bedroom, on the oceanfront offers a queen size bed covered in a floral red comforter and accented with bright bold stripes. In the corner guests will find a deep red ottoman that folds out to a comfortable twin sleeper. The room has white furniture, a Flat Screen TV with DVD player, telephone, ceiling fan and a private door that leads to the shared bathroom. From the sliding glass door, guests of this room have easy access to the beach and the lower deck.

These two bedrooms share a bathroom, accessed through the hallway. Next to this bath, guests will find the elevator.

The third bedroom, located on the street side offers a surfing themed twin double bunk with a trundle, perfect for sleeping four. This room has a Flat Screen TV with DVD player, ceiling fan, telephone and large walk in closet.

The fourth bedroom, sits on the oceanfront side and offers guests a queen size bed covered in a tropical blue print accented with blue and green stripes. In the corner guests will find an ocean blue ottoman that folds out to a comfortable twin sleeper. This room has white furniture, a Flat Screen TV with DVD player, telephone, ceiling fan and a private door that leads to the shared bathroom. Through the sliding glass door, guests of this room have easy access to the beach and the lower deck.

The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom, accessed through the hallway.

Second Level: The sand colored tile floor continues on the second level of Brisa De Mar. On this level you'll find the oceanfront living, dining and kitchen areas. The second level is filled with clear oceanfront windows, allowing the views of the Island to be seen from every angle. Sliding glass doors lead you to the upper oceanfront deck.

The living room is filled with Polynesian flare. A soft sleeper sofa and coordinating chairs invite you to sit and relax while you watch the large plasma screen TV or use the DVD/VCR and stay up late watching movies. Brisa De Mar also offers guest unlimited long distance phone calls.

The oceanfront dining room has a dark wood table that is expandable to fit the 4 matching stools, found in the laundry room. With the 6 woven chairs, the table will seat up to 10 guests. Gather the family together for a clambake or fresh fried fish.

The kitchen is filled with crisp white cabinets and new stainless steel appliances. The room offers a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, built-in microwave, blender, coffee maker and toaster. Off of the kitchen, on the sound side, guests will find a large laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and a half bath.

The master bedroom is located on the street side of Brisa De Mar, just off the living room. Filled with dark wood and deep reds, this room is enchanting. This bedroom serves two purposes, a luxurious getaway and an office, offering a large desk, computer, printer, fax machine and high-speed wireless internet. Guests of this room will also enjoy the privacy of the spa-like bathroom with tile flooring, Jacuzzi tub, double vanity and large walk-in closet. The Master also provides a Flat Screen TV with DVD Player.
