Renegade is a generously proportioned reverse floor plan home with private beach access. Two oceanfront decks span the width of the house offering plenty of room for outdoor entertaining, reading, and sunbathing while taking in the gorgeous view.This 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home accommodates up to 16 people.

The lower level offers a wet weather entry, Foosball table and two garage bays. Additional parking for 4 is available in the stone driveway. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and 2 charcoal grills are provided for your enjoyment. One bedroom and one bath are also on this level.

Bedroom 1-Lower Level: This bedroom offers a queen size bed with a white wicker headboard, a matching wicker dresser with mirror, and a television with DVD player.

Central stairs lead up to the main entrance and a wraparound deck. On this floor guests will find 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and the laundry quarters with a full size washer and dryer located in a large closet at the end of the hall.

Bedroom 2: A queen size bed with a lavender comforter greets weary guests. A nightstand holds a clock radio and the tall dresser has a television with VHS player perched on top in perfect view of the bed. The closet has extra blankets for the perfect night's sleep.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom accommodates 4 with a queen size bed and a set of twin bunk beds, all covered with summery comforters in soft shades of pale green, yellow, blue, and lavender. Your beach attire can be stowed away in the dresser or the built-in drawers under the lower bunk. Enjoy an evening movie on the television, DVD, or VHS player. The shared full bath is adjacent, off the hallway, and offers a shower with tub.

Bedroom 4-Suite: Spread out on the king size bed and admire the ocean view through the slider leading to the deck. This bedroom offers a dresser, end table, phone, clock radio, TV with DVD and VHS player, and a private full bathroom. The oceanfront deck has a surplus of seating on 4 Adirondack chairs, a double seat porch swing, and 2 lounge chairs.

Bedroom 5-Suite: Also oceanfront, this bedroom has a private full bath and access to the deck through a sliding door. The queen size bed is covered with a cheerful, modern spread that adds pizzazz to the buff walls and white trim. White wicker furniture includes a dresser with mirror, end table, and matching headboard. A phone, clock radio, and TV with DVD player are provided.

Step out to the oceanfront deck and you will find an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a built in bench on the right. Adjacent to the shower is a handy clothesline discreetly installed on the outside of the rail. Straight ahead stairs lead up to the top deck and down to the beach. Breathe in the fresh salt air and smile: you're on vacation.

Bedroom 6: Located on the top floor just off the great room, this bedroom has a king size bed beneath a high ceiling with an overhead fan. The matching bisque finish dresser, mirror, and 2 nightstands are neatly arranged. A television with DVD and VHS player sit on a wicker stand near the end of the bed. The large closet holds a selection of board games and puzzles for hours of family fun. This bedroom has a private door to the shared full bath on this floor. Light streams in through the decorative arch window in this spacious bath with double vanity and shower with tub.

Great Room: The airy, light filled great room has panoramic ocean views and a cathedral ceiling. Two Caribbean print sofas frame the living area that also includes 2 wicker chairs and a swivel rocker. Three end tables hold lamps for soft lighting and the large television with DVD and VHS player. Pop some popcorn and gather round for a family movie night. A wide sliding door flanked by 2 long windows offer impressive views of the Atlantic. The oceanfront deck, just outside, has a picnic table for eat-in-the rough seafood dinners or a quick lunch. Additional seating is available on 4 Adirondacks,4 rocking chairs, a lounge chair, and several children deck chairs for the younger generation. Stairs to the right lead down to the lower deck and further on to the beach.

The dining room table sits in front of a triple window slider and beside a large picture window. Enjoy ocean view dining for 8 at the solid wood table. Additional seating for 4 is available at the kitchen bar.

High- speed internet access is available and a desk is provided to set up your laptop.

The all white kitchen is bright and sunny with an abundance of cabinets and counter space. An ample supply of dishware, glasses, and cookware are provided. Appliances include a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, built-in microwave, blender, electric can opener, and two toasters. Three coffee makers are provided as well as a teapot to satisfy the breakfast needs of everyone in your group. For an easy seafood dinner steam some localoysters and shrimp in the stock pots and dig in. Clean up is no longer a chore here; the kitchen sink even has an ocean view.
