Enjoy your stay in Surf City this summer at Britts' Beach Barn. This beach cottage is within walking or biking distance to the activities in Surf City. Pick up some groceries, shop at the local beach shops, catch your dinner on the Surf City Pier or eat out at the many restaurants, all without using your vehicle. Britts' Beach Barn is three separate cottages. A one bedroom and two, two bedroom cottages are available to rent. Britts' Beach Barn offers direct access to the beach, an enclosed outdoor shower and ocean views from all three cottages. Britt 2 Ground Level: The parking lot is divided into three sections, giving each cottage enough parking for 2 vehicles. The steps leading up to Britt 2 are on the right, street side. First Level: The living space of Britt 2 offers a wonderful oceanfront place for your family. The room has a brown queen sleeper sofa, TV with VCR and DVD player and a crib is available for the younger vacationers. Need some reading material? The right side of the television cabinet holds an ample amount of paperbacks to enjoy during your stay. The large oval dining table sits up to 4 guests comfortably. The kitchen space has all your basic amenities; a refrigerator with icemaker, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and bar area that seats two. The back entrance leads to the oceanfront deck. A privacy fence separates your deck from the other cottages deck. Allowing you to spend time with your family without any distractions. The deck offers wood rocking chairs and several white chairs to relax on. The steps leading down to the beach are located in the middle of the deck. Britt 2 offers an oceanfront bedroom as well as a street side bedroom. Each room is filled with cottage style wood walls. Both have a double bed, dresser and closet. The oceanfront room also has a radio/alarm clock. The full size bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. Whether coming down for a weekend or a week, Britt 2 is a great location for getaway. This two bedroom cottage sleeps up to 6 guests. Pets and smoking are permitted in this property. Linens and towels are not provided but may be rented. Please contact us for further information.
