The furnished covered porch and upper deck provide the perfect location for that early morning coffee. There is direct beach access from the covered porch with an outside shower, for rinsing off after spending your afternoon in the surf.

Sundance is located just across the Surf City/ North Topsail Beach line, just minutes from shopping, dining and more. Discover all that Topsail Island has to offer from kayak tours to the Sea Turtle Hospital in Topsail Beach just a short drive to the south.

Ground Level: Parking for 4-6 cars, with enough room for your boat or jet skis. The stairs to the front door are located on the left side.

First Level: The entrance way has big white hooks, for hanging all your beach stuff and a bookshelf filled with paperbacks, movies and board games for your family to enjoy. The living space has sunny yellow walls throughout. The space has two colorful sofas, a TV, VCR, DVD player, and ceiling fan. The living room offers glorious views of the ocean with access to the covered deck.

The attached dining area offers the same ocean views and a table seating 10. Additional seating for 3 can be found at the bar in the adjacent kitchen.

The spacious open kitchen offers great views of the ocean. The kitchen offers a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, built-in microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster.

One bedroom is tucked back in the sound side corner of Sundance. Use this as a second master bedroom, for guests that can't get up and down the stairs well. This room has a queen size bed, white washed furnishings and easy access to the bathroom across the hallway.

Second Level: On the second floor landing of this oceanfront home you'll find a sitting area with a futon, TV with VCR and telephone. This is the perfect place for an afternoon movie or nap.

The master bedroom has a pink striped comforter over the queen-size bed, two matching pink lamps and a large white washed dresser. A private bathroom with separate sink area is attached. A sliding glass door leads out to the upper oceanfront deck. You'll love waking up in the morning and breathing in the warm fresh air.

The second bedroom has white washed furnishings, a queen-size bed, ceiling fan and alarm clock. This room also has a sliding glass door that leads out to the upper oceanfront deck.

The third bedroom sits on the north side of the home and offers a double bed covered in a multi-colored comforter.

The fourth bedroom, down the hallway, has two bunk beds with bright pink bedspreads. This room has a door that leads to the shared bathroom, also accessible in the hallway.

A closet, next to the bathroom, holds a full size washer and dryer.
