She's a Brick House will give your family a truly unique vacation experience. Located on North Topsail Beach, She's a Brick House is just a short distance from shopping, dining, fishing and much more.

Enjoy salty sea breezes and spectacular ocean views from the covered oceanfront deck. The kids will enjoy playing in the grassy front yard, filled with tropical palm trees. Getting to the beach is as easy as walking out the front door and heading down the newly built walkway. The beaches are clean and relaxing, as the pelicans patrol overhead, and the dolphins are just a short distance off shore.

Ground Level: Parking for up to 6 vehicles.

First Level: In this regular floor plan beach home you will find the living spaces, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and a bedroom on the first level.You can either enter through the back door, located street side, or go around to the oceanfront side and enter through the front door.

One of the great aspects of She's a Brick House is the two living areas it provides for families. The main living room sits on the oceanfront and is filled with warm wood floors and bright nautical colors. This large space offers enough seating for the whole family including two club chairs, two cozy red and white striped chair and two dark blue sofas. There's always somewhere to sit when watching the TV, VCR or playing a movie on the DVD player.

Beautiful glass French doors lead you into the dining room. This room has a large wooden table surrounded by red and blue colored chairs and benches. With enough room for 10, gather the family around for a fun clam bake.

You'll know where the name She's a Brick House came from when you step into the kitchen. The floors are a wonderful polished brick, the perfect compliment to the rustic brick wall. This room offers guests a refrigerator with icemaker, two dishwashers, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and more.

Off of the kitchen you will find an extra large laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. A full size bathroom is accessible through either the laundry room or the main hallway of the house.

Also located on the oceanfront side of She's a Brick House is the second living area. A great place for the kids to hang out and play games or watch movies on rainy afternoons. This room is filled with red, white and blue furniture, a TV with VCR and DVD player and fun games for the entire family to enjoy. Across the hall is a ½ bath.

The first bedroom is located next to the dining room. This brightly colored red and white room offers guests a queen size bed, crisp white furnishings and a wicker lounge chair.

Second Level: Upstairs guests will find three bedrooms and a full size bathroom.

The master bedroom, to the right, is filled with shiny wood floors and soft blue walls. This room has a king size bed, covered in bold yellow and blue stripes, wood furnishings, a TV, ceiling fan and walk-in closet. Grab a book and relax on the wicker lounge chair, located next to a sunny window.

If you have younger children, they'll want to stay in the third bedroom, attached to the master bedroom. This room offers two twin bunk beds, perfect for sleeping four.

The fourth bedroom is located across the hall. This sunny yellow room, decorated in ship anchors, offers a queen-size bed.

A full size bathroom is located in the hall, between the two bedrooms.
