Summer Daze has an easy going comfortable atmosphere. It offers 5 bedrooms and 3 baths and accommodates up to 10 guests. Equipped with all the necessities and a few extras, this home presents you with an ideal coastal retreat.

Ground Level: The gravel drive leads to a two car garage. There is room for your vehicles or leave them outside and give the kids room to enjoy the air hockey table located on the right side of this massive space. A one bedroom apartment is included in this space. With a living area, kitchen, sleeping area and private bathroom this apartment is a great advantage for bringing along extra family or friends. The four poster Queen bed is dressed in a pretty, nautical fabric and there are two night tables and a ceiling fan. The vintage dresser and creamy paneling add to the cottage feel and there is telephone and AC unit for added comfort. There is a cozy sofa, cable TV, and VCR in the living area. A quaint kitchen, with a table for two, offers a refrigerator, stove and microwave. The pine cabinets house cookware, dishes and other extras. There is private bath and full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. A set of stairs, to the right of the garage, leads you to a sizeable street-side porch where there is plenty of seating for everyone to watch the sun set below the sound.

First Level: The warm toned paneling throughout this home glistens with sunlight from the nicely framed windows. This cozy home offers a spacious eat in kitchen, living area, and four bedrooms.

The home-styled kitchen has a table for four and all the essentials required to whip up your family's favorite meal. There is a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee pot. The numerous cabinets are offer many extras for the family cook. A generously sized breakfast bar adds seating for four.

The living area is a great place to unwind. There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa and matching loveseat covered in a fun tropical blue and green fabric. A set of wicker chairs offer more seating and there is a TV, VCR, DVD player, games and books for your entertainment. The sunshine soaks the large window and offers amazing views of the ocean just beyond the expansive deck. Partially covered, this space holds numerous chairs, a large picnic table, outdoor shower, and a boardwalk leading straight to the sugar sand beach. There is plenty of room for tanning in the sun chairs, napping in the Adirondack chairs, watching the sunrise or snacking at the picnic table. You may find yourself living daily on the deck by the shore.

As the day closes, the charming bedrooms offer a comfortable place for a good nights rest. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on either side of the home. The north side offers one ocean front room and one sound side room. The south side offers the same.

The second bedroom is ocean front on the north side of the home and is furnished with a King sized bed covered by a sea-foam green spread with a sea shell pattern. There is a large vintage dresser, nightstand and TV. The spacious closet will hold your luggage and necessities. Enjoy the spectacular ocean views.

The third bedroom faces the sound on the north side of the home and offers a Full and Twin bed covered in the same cute bedspread as the first. There is a small dresser and two sitting chairs in this room, drenched in the brilliance of every sunset.

The fourth bedroom is ocean front on the south side of the home. The Queen sized bed has a bright blue and red nautical striped cover. The furnishings and white wicker chair add a special coastal cottage charm to this room, which has great views of the beach below. There is also a TV and alarm clock radio for added convenience.

The fifth bedroom faces the sound on the south side of the home and offers a Full sized and a Twin sized bed, both with blue and red striped covers. There is a small dresser and two chairs for added comfort. The guests in this room have the advantage of soaking up the sound side sunsets.

Please note that the 5th bedroom is an apartment downstairs without an internal staircase. Your check-in time is 3:30 pm unless you have confirmed and paid the early bird check-in option. Please be sure we have received complete payment within 30 days of your arrival to avoid cancellation.
