Third Level: Shipwatch Villas 1307 is on the third level. Walk up the ramp to the first level and take the elevator to the third level, 1307 is to your left.

Enter into the foyer and discover an elegant dining area to the left. A substantial table, accented with ceramic tile, has seating for 6-8 guests. The efficient kitchen offers all the necessities: a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and double stainless steel sink. There are cabinets, filled with all the extras you need as well as enough counter space for preparing your favorite treats. A bar with two stools doubles as a meal preparation area.

The living area of Shipwatch Villas 1307 is a sea of comfort and charm. There is a matching blue Queen Sleeper Sofa and Loveseat, bamboo furnishings, as well as a color cable TV, VCR, DVD player and stereo system for your entertainment. The sunlight from a set of sliding glass doors bathes the space and welcomes you out to the private balcony.
