Beach Footprints is a short stroll from the public beach access and offers a comfortable and roomy home away from home. Find ocean and sound views from 3 covered decks. Two decks face the ocean and the other is located on the sound side of the home. The sound side deck is perfect for soaking up the sunsets. Beach Footprints invites you to take time and enjoy coastal living with your family.

Ground Level: Beach Footprints offers ample parking for 4 or 5 vehicles. The area under the home offers shaded parking, as well as a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water for your comfort. A nice little bench, new stairs, and decking make your welcome even brighter. The alcove in the carport houses extra porch chairs and other items you may find handy.

First Level: Enter the main living area of the home and find a spacious living and dining area, eat in kitchen, and sunroom. Access to an ocean side deck, as well as a sound side deck, are located on this level. You will also be happy to have the half bath and full size washer and dryer on this level. Pack light and make use of this special amenity. The foyer has a pretty bamboo cabinet where you will find a few board games and a 5 CD stereo system. Turn on your favorite music and let the vacationing begin. The living room is open to the dining room. Both rooms, painted a light blue with white trim, have neutral colored Berber carpet, and are adorned with cute celebrations of coastal living.

In the living room, you will find a matching bamboo sofa and loveseat covered in a neutral floral print. There are plenty of places to set your frothy mugs on one of the glass topped bamboo tables. All the comforts of home are included, a color cable flat screen TV, VCR, and DVD player. A few select movies are stored on the entertainment center. The dining area comfortably seats 6 guests at a glass top table surrounded by cushioned chairs.

The large eat-in-kitchen supplies all the necessities and more. The refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher will afford even the beginner cook the opportunity to conjure up their favorite meal. There is a table for four, cookware, and dishes all for use during your stay. Bring grandma's best recipe, make yourself at home and enjoy a little family time in the kitchen.

The sunroom is a great hideway. The sunny yellow walls and accents of green and blue bring a cottage charm to this space. The Double Futon offers a great place to relax with a good book. Enjoy the artistic decorations and the sunshine flooding this space from the picture window and sliding glass doors. Step out onto the sound side deck and smell the sea air. Second Level: From the foyer, on the first level, are an easy set of stairs. On the second level, you will find three generously sized bedrooms. The first bedroom is on the left and offers a Double / Twin Bunk, oak dresser and chest of drawers, a handy nightstand with alarm clock radio and an armchair. There is plenty of room for the kids to have a fun loving slumber party.

The Master Bedroom is on the right and offers a Queen bed dressed in a pretty quilt with green accents. There is ample storage for your favorite loungewear in the chest of drawers and the dresser. Mom and Dad both have their own nightstand and can share a sweetly decorated private bath. The feature here is the private covered balcony with ocean views. Relax and enjoy the song of the tides rushing in as the ever-changing waves roll onto the shore. The third bedroom is to the left of the main full bath and offers the same sound views as the first. The Queen bed has a matching bamboo dresser and nightstand that create an easygoing spot to unwind after a fun filled day.
