Ground Level: There is a large parking lot available to guests and residents. Century 21 provides our guests with 2 parking passes.

Second Floor: Surf 123 "Ocean Breezes" is a beautiful, newly renovated, 2nd Floor oceanfront condo, situated at the edge of the dunes in Building One, the closest to the ocean.

Enjoy the spectacular, panoramic views from your large private balcony complete with comfortable director's chairs and matching table while sipping freshly brewed coffee from your fully equipped kitchen that also includes a dishwasher, microwave, blender, and toaster.

Surf 123 "Ocean Breezes" offers not only a master bedroom with a queen size bed and private bath, but also a private alcove with twin bunk beds and ½ bath in addition to a queen sized sleeper sofa in the great room.

Decorated in the soft colors of sand and sea, you'll love the spacious living room and dining area, perfect for relaxing in the sumptuous new leather sleeper sofa, loveseat and chair. Whether you enjoy simply curling up with a good book, surfing the web on your laptop with "Ocean Breezes" high speed wireless internet connection, or viewing the 32" HDTV with expanded cable service and VCR/DVD player, there is always the lure of the ocean directly in front of you through the large sliding glass doors leading to your own private balcony where you can step out and breathe in the fresh salt air, gaze at an occasional dolphin or two (sometimes even a school of them) darting in and out of the water, and listen to the steady sound of the waves lapping up onto the shore.
