Egret Watch is a new home for the 2008 season. The home is located in North Topsail Beach, located close to shopping, dining, and site seeing ventures on Topsail Island and Sneads Ferry, this home will please the most demanding vacationers.

Egret Watch offers Ocean and Sound Views, Private Pool, Community Dock and Extra Parking for large families.

On the ground level, you will find a Wet Weather entrance that doubles as an additional sleeping area or sitting area. The room has a Double sized futon, flat screen TV and closet.

Walk upstairs to the main entrance there is a beautifully decorated foyer with dark furniture and dark wood floors.

On the second floor, you will find four bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 is located directly to your left as you walk into the main entrance is a Queen Size bed with pastel bed covering, washed oak furniture, TV and a deck with ocean views.

Bedroom 2: offers a Queen Size bed, Flat screen TV and Ocean Views.

Bedroom 3: has a Queen Size bed with a blue and green plaid comforter, TV, shared bath with bedroom four and offers a Ocean view.

Bedroom 4: is the perfect room for the children or teenagers in the family. Bedroom four has two sets of Twin Bunk Beds made of dark maple and has a deck overlooking the pool and sound. Community Dock is visible from deck.

Walk upstairs to the 2nd Floor and you will see the Master Bedroom: Bedroom 5. The room is decorated in bamboo-inspired furniture, pineapple lamps, light green bedding, and dark tan carpet. Master bedroom and bath both overlook the Ocean.

Located at the top of the stairs also, is the Game/TV Nook with an Ocean view. This area offers a high top card playing table that could be used as an early morning breakfast area if desired; Seating for four. Also in this area is a Flat screen TV with two black leather glider chairs.

Follow the hallway back towards the sound and you will find the open and spacious Living/Sitting Areas. Sitting Area has two black leather gliders, marble fireplace, and flat screen TV. Located directly behind sitting area is the living room with micro-suede couch, love seats and over sized ottoman. All decorated in modern reds, blacks, ivories, and dark wood furniture.

The dining area overlooks the sound and offers seating for 12 people with extra seating for three at the kitchen bar. The dining room table is a high table with black chairs and base with a dark wood top. Red placemats to finish the modern theme in the Living/Sitting Areas.

The kitchen features marble counter tops, brand new appliances and plenty of storage. From the kitchen bar, you will enjoy views of the Sound and Community Dock.
