Located at the end of a deep water canal connecting to the Intracoastal Waterway, this executive home has wonderful views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and the ICW. Set on a narrow part of the island, it is the third home from the ocean. It has an enclosed outside shower, a hot tub and a boat dock.
Accommodations include five bedrooms, four full baths, one with a whirlpool tub, a large dining area, gourmet kitchen, and a comfortable living room, plus much more. The ocean-side deck and screened-in porch offer comfortable seating and great views of the water.
There is boating, crabbing, fishing, surfing, and swimming just to name a few activities.
This home is complete with two master suites, both with king sized beds and full private baths. Two of the other bedrooms have queen sized beds and baths and the kids room is equipped with two sets of bunk beds. All five bedrooms are equipped with TVs, plus there is a big screen TV in the family room and high-speed internet access.
