This home features unobstructed ocean views, is only 200’ from the beach and has its own 285’ boat dock perfect for fishing in the Intracoastal Waterway. There are four decks that run the full length of the house providing perfect views in all directions. This house has 10’ ceilings throughout and is exquisitely furnished. There are 4 master suites with king size beds, 25” flat screen televisions, and walk in closets. Each suite has its own bathroom with a hot tub, walk in shower, and dual vanities. The kitchen features beautiful cabinets, a separate icemaker and wine refrigerator with granite countertops throughout. The theater is perfect for entertaining with 6 reclining theater seats, a 50” HD plasma screen television, a DVD player, a wet bar with mini fridge, and a gaming table for blackjack or craps. The living room has another 50” HD plasma screen television and a DVD player. The dining area has seating for 20. There are two kids rooms, each with a full size bed, bunk beds, and one trundle bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom that has two sinks, and a 48” hot tub with an inline heater. There are also two futons in the first floor foyer. The utility room features a full size washer/dryer. The elevator makes unloading the luggage and getting from floor to floor nice and easy. After enjoying the beach or the additional 500 gallon hot tub overlooking the sound, rinse off in the outside shower with privacy screen. Come enjoy an unforgettable beach vacation with us! There is a $100 fee for opening the hot tub in the off- and mid-seasons. No smoking. No pets. |
