Serenity Point Townhomes are an exclusive island community located on the Southern Most portion of Topsail Island. Each home offers beautiful ocean and sound views, two bedrooms and a loft area. Serenity Point is conveniently located a short distance to the Karen Beasley Turtle Hospital, fishing pier, shopping and dining. Join a Topsail Beach tradition and visit the Beach Shop and Grill for a hamburger or beach dog. It will be an unforgettable experience. The kids will enjoy the close proximity to the Patio Playground for miniature golf and arcade games.

Onsite Amenities: Serenity Point offers it's guests a swimming pool and private beach access. Pool keys are provided by Century 21.

Located at 2127 A Ocean Blvd., Noggin's offers both ocean and sound views, and is located directly across from the pool.

Ground Level: Parking space for 2. There is a charcoal grill, for grilling the fresh catch of the day, and beach chairs for lounging in the sun. The stairs to the front door are located on the left.

First Level: The charming living space is filled with comfortable floral furnishings. The living room offers a color TV, VCR, DVD player, gas fireplace, ceiling fan and queen sleeper sofa. The wrought iron bookshelf in the corner offers enough books for the whole family.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and more. Can't decide what to cook? Flip through one of the cookbooks provided for creating easy beach recipes.

Slip through the glass door to the outside deck and discover the natural beauty of South Topsail Beach. Un-built with miles of sand dunes. Get a friendly game of cards going while you wait for the steamy afternoon to turn into a warm Carolina evening.

To save yourself from running up and down the stairs, there is a half bath on this level. The washer and dryer are tucked away in this room.

Second Level: Tucked comfortably in between the two levels, the loft is perfect for younger guests. Decorated in funky purple, this space offers a futon, radio/cd player and bed light.

Up the stairs you will find the two bedrooms. The first bedroom, with a spash of pink, offers guests two twin beds. The bathroom can be accessed in the hallway.

The shabby chic whitewashed master bedroom is a cool retreat after a long hot day on the beach. This room offers a queen size bed, TV, VCR, and ceiling fan. Enjoy the privacy of your own bathroom while staying in the master bedroom.

For a restfull, stress-free vacation, stay at Serenity Point Noggin's. This 2.5 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome will accommodate up to 7 guests.

Linens and bath towels are provided! Noggin's is a smoke-free and pet-free property.

Serenity Point properties rent Saturday to Saturday.
