Also, to help you relax and enjoy this unit, there are 2 color tv's - one with basic cable and DVD, and another in the bedroom with VCR (great for the kids), central heat & A/C, ceiling fans, phone, high chair, and deck furniture. Surf Condos have beautiful landscaping, pool, poolside gazebo and walkways to the beach. There are outside showers as you come off the beach.
