Doubletake faces the ocean and has a garage that can hold 2 to 4 cars depending on their size. There is also an extra parking pad in the front of the house for 2 more cars. The sweeping staircase leads up to the front porch and the entrance to the house. There are 2 porch swings on the porch, one on either side, for relaxing and gazing at the ocean.

Directly in front of the entry way there is a TV/Game room. There are a TV, a DVD player and an iPod station in this room as well as a small round table for playing games on. There is a full size futon in this room for those extra guests and a screen that can be used to give this room a little extra privacy. This room has a door to the lower deck on the sound side of the house.

The bedroom to the right of the entry on the front of the house has pine furniture and a full/single bunk bed. There is a large amount of free floor space in this room for kids to play on rainy days or in the evenings. The bathroom for this room has a double vanity and a shower/tub combination. This room has access to the ocean side porch.

The bedroom at the far right rear of the house has colonial style furniture and a queen size bed. This bedroom has a door to the sound side deck, many windows and a ceiling fan. The bath has a double vanity and a huge walk-in shower. There is a separate "throne room" in this bathroom.

The next bedroom has twin beds, a door to the sound side deck and a ceiling fan. The private bath has a shower/tub combination.

The last bedroom on the first floor is in the far left back of the house. It has a king size bed ceiling fan, abundant windows and a door leading to the sound side deck. This room has a TV and a DVD player in the entertainment wardrobe. This room's bath has a double vanity and huge walk-in shower with a bench. The shower has a stationary shower head and a handheld shower head.

There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer on this floor.

The living area on the second floor is broken into 3 areas and has bamboo floors. The rear of the living area contains windows and doors to the upper sound side deck and provides phenomenal views of the sound and the sunsets. This area has cathedral ceilings. A large comfortable sectional couch and 2 comfortable chairs provide seating in front of the gas fireplace and 50" plasma TV for your viewing pleasure. The dining area has 2 tables to allow more flexible seating. The tables can be pushed together or used separately and can accommodate up to 12 diners at one time. There is an oceanside deck on the front of the house that can be accessed from the dining room area.

A beautiful fully fitted kitchen with extra deep granite counter tops and an island is on the front of the house. Watch the ocean while preparing meals. There is a glass top electric range in the island, a microwave stove wall oven combination, 2 dishwashers, a pull our sink faucet and a side by side refrigerator freezer with through the door water and ice. Counter top appliances include a toaster oven, wide slice toaster, ex- large George Forman Grill, Cusineart coffee maker and a coffee grinder and electric tea kettle. There are 2 bar stools that allow seating at the kitchen Island for company while you prepare meals. There is a gas grill on the upper deck that is also available for cooking.

Also on the 2nd floor is a Master Bedroom. This room has a king size bed, lots of windows and a door to the upper sound side deck. There is a TV and a DVD player in this room. The bathroom has a double vanity, Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower. The shower has a stationary shower head and a handheld shower head.

There is also a powder room on this floor.The final floor of this home is a loft on the front side of the house. It has a desk and chair and has telephone and cable jacks. Working at the desk while enjoying the views of the ocean makes work a breeze.

There are 2 large sound side decks. The upper deck has Adirondack chairs and loungers to sit in while enjoying the views and unwinding in the evening and is accessed from the living room, dining room, and upstairs master bedroom. The lower sound side deck boasts 2 porch swings and rocking chairs. It is accessed by the 3 bedrooms on the first floor. A staircase allows traffic between the lower and upper sound side decks.

On the back of the house is a walkway to the long pier and dock. There is a pavilion on the dock with a porch swing and a boat lift. Keep your boat at the house while you visit here. Crab and fish right from the dock, or jump in your boat and take off for some serious fishing and fun. There are five kayaks that come with the house for your use, just remember to always wear your life vests while boating. Under the house on the back is an outdoor shower to use after a day at the beach.

The boat lift is not available to renters.

Your check-in location is our Sneads Ferry office. Linens are provided. Pets are not permitted in this property. Smoking is not permitted in the property. Maximum occupancy is 11 at any time. Your check-in time is 3:30 pm unless you have confirmed and paid the early bird check-in option. Please be sure we have received complete payment within 30 days of your arrival to avoid cancellation.
