C-Breeze is located in Surf City just minutes from shopping, dining, and so much more. Take a kayak tour and discover the treasures hidden in the marshes and along the banks of the Inter Coastal Waterway. It is an amazing place to visit and you will want to keep coming back for more.

Step to the sand using your private walkway to the beach and after your day in the sun, wash off the suntan lotion in the outside, enclosed shower that offers hot and cold water. Take full advantage of the multiple decks, nap in the hammock, serve a cold drink or just lounge and watch the waves using the patio beach furniture provided for you to enjoy. Save your breath and use the provided air pump to inflate that stubborn float!

The C-Breeze is very spacious and offers all the comforts of home. Family entertainment is definitely covered with the provision of a Sega Dream Cast, Sega games, board games, DVD player, surround sound system and multiple VCR's. You will also find several VHS movies for your viewing pleasure.

In order to maximize the spectacular ocean views, the living area is located on the 2nd floor and offers access to the oceanfront deck. Beautifully adorned with hardwood floors and furnished with a TV, VCR, DVD player, telephone, ceiling fan, and surround sound, this is a great place to relax. You will find a microwave, dishwasher, pantry, solid surface counters, TV, radio and a wet bar with icemaker in the fully furnished kitchen. The seating arrangements include four stools at the wet bar, a breakfast table for four and the dining room table seats 6, plus a high chair for our smaller guests. The kitchen and dining areas also have hardwood floors and offer excellent ocean views.

Sleeping arrangements in this 4 bedroom, 3 ½-bath home are well thought out and begin with the master bedroom. Located on the 2nd floor this area is carpeted and features a queen bed, telephone, VCR, TV, ceiling fan, clock radio and an attached bath. Enjoy ocean views from the accessible deck.

The second bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, alarm clock, ceiling fan, TV, and VCR. This area is carpeted and offers ocean views and access to a deck.

Bedroom three is furnished with two TBD's (twin on top bunk with double bunk on bottom), ceiling fan, TV, VCR, Sega Dream Cast and Sega games. Also provided is ocean views and deck access.

Last but not least, is bedroom four with a queen size bed, telephone, alarm clock, TV, VCR, ceiling fan, ocean view and access to a deck. You will find bedrooms two, three and four all on the 1st floor level. Extra sleeping accommodations are provided with a porta-crib and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
