Five Buoys North is a beautiful oceanfront home with beach access from the main oceanfront deck. Fabulous ocean views are enjoyed from the entire great room as well as the Master bedroom on the upper level. Multiple outdoor decks offer guests many places to enjoy the sun and the breeze off the ocean. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home accommodates up to 10 for a vacation to remember.

On the lower level, the stone driveway offers parking for 3, while covered parking for 2 is available in the carport underneath. A charcoal grill is provided as well as a few beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys stored in a sturdy weatherproof cabinet. You will enjoy your stay at this well equipped home.

Main Level:The entrance opens into the great room with the kitchen straight ahead. White washed cabinets hold an ample supply of dishes, glassware, and cookware, including a teapot. A pantry closet is adjacent to the refrigerator with icemaker and a wide breakfast bar seats 3 on bamboo swivel chairs with comfortable cushions. Other appliances include a stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, blender, electric can opener, coffee maker, and a double toaster. A telephone is also provided. Wood laminate floors in the kitchen and hallway extend into the dining room where the upper wall is enhanced with mirrors that visually enlarge the space and reflect light for a luminous feel. White wainscoting graces the bottom of the dining room wall next to the blond wood natural finish table with matching chairs and upholstered seats. Ocean view dining for 8 is available with a fantastic view through the sliding doors leading to the ocean deck.

Out on the deck a full size picnic table and patio table with 3 chairs offer a nice casual spot for an outdoor dinner. On the north open end of the deck, catch a few rays or relax in the shade under the covered portion. Stroll to the edge of the deck and find an outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a foot wash with the beach access just beyond. Sit back, enjoy the postcard view or head to the beach below, and make some noise in the surf and sun.

The living area has a high ceiling, overhead fanlight, Berber carpet, and amazing views. A sleep sofa, 3 chairs with cozy cushions, 3 side tables and a coffee table come together to form the seating area. A large half circle window over the living room sliding door lets natural light flood the room. The media center offers a flat screen TV, a stereo with a 6 CD changer, and wireless high speed Internet.

From the kitchen, a hallway leads to the laundry quarters, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom. At the end of the hall, a light-filled closet with a round portal window holds a stackable washer and dryer. The full bath on the left offers guests a tub with showerhead.

Bedroom 1: Main Level:A parrot print comforter, flamingo lamp, and flamingo wall art set the mood for your vacation paradise as you lie on the queen size bed with a wicker headboard that matches the white wicker dresser and two end tables. Mirrored closet doors reflect the view from the deck of the creeks and marshes across the island. A sliding door leads out to the private shaded deck with a white porch swing.

Upper Level:Stairs from the living area lead upstairs to 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The shared bath off the hallway has a high ceiling and walk in shower.

Bedroom 2: Master Bedroom:This bedroom has a private bath with walk in shower and a private oceanfront deck with incredible views. Relax on the queen size bed beneath the cathedral ceiling with overhead fan/light surrounded by cool, pale blue walls. Bisque furniture with carved shell detail includes a headboard, dresser, mirror, and nightstand. The shell theme carries through in the comforter, wall art, and bathroom wallpaper. A flat screen TV offers private evening entertainment. Stretch out on the lounge chair on the oceanfront deck for an afternoon nap or read a book in the deck chair and work on your tan.

Bedroom 3:Two twin beds are covered with vibrant tropical fish spreads. White wicker headboards match the small dresser that holds an adorable lifeguard chair lamp. Additional space is available in the large closet with mirrored doors that reflect the serene views of the sound through the sliding door to the sound side deck.

Bedroom 4:A flamingo and palm comforter dresses up the queen size bed with white wicker headboard. The matching white dresser, mirror, and nightstand look bright and summery against the cool soft green walls. A double window slider leads out to the sound side deck.

Your check-in location is our Sneads Ferry office. Linens are not provided. Dogs are permitted in this property with a $125.00(plus tax) fee per pet. No more than 2 small dogs or 1 large dog at a time will be allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the property. Maximum occupancy is 10 at any time. Your check-in time is 3:30 pm. This property does not allow early bird check-ins or late check-outs. Please be sure we have received complete payment within 30 days of your arrival to avoid cancellation.
