This 9 bedroom, 8 bath home has 4 decks, all offering beautiful views of the Island. Spend some time relaxing and gazing at the shimmering ocean, on either the lower covered deck or sunny upper deck. On the street side you'll find two wonderful decks that offer endless views of the Island Oaks.

Ground Level: Parking for up to 5 vehicles outside and 2 inside the double garage. The pool is just steps away. With a wooden privacy fence, enjoy lounging by the pool in the afternoons, or grab a late night dip during the hot summer. A gate leads guests back to the enclosed hot and cold shower and steps up to the oceanfront deck.

The front door has an intercom system, for your security. Step inside and the game room, will surely catch your attention. With an air hockey table, a TV, VCR, DVD player, surround sound, board games and a refrigerator, rainy days will not be a bore! Settle into the comfy polka-dot chairs or grab a nap on the sleeper sofa: you may just decide to stay in this room.

First Level: There are five bedrooms, four baths, a family room, washer and dryer and both oceanfront and sound side decks on this level. The elevator will make your journey much easier.

The open family room, is perfect for watching movies, playing games or hanging out with your family. This oceanfront room offers a whimsical sleeper sofa, 2 red chairs, 2 blue club chairs, a TV with VCR and DVD player and an intercom system, so you can reach anyone in the house. Sliding glass doors will lead you out to the oceanfront deck, where you can relax in the hot tub while watching the sun come up over the ocean, or simply watch the children play in the sand.

There are two oceanfront bedrooms on this level. The first bedroom offers a king size bed, TV, VCR, DVD player, ceiling fan and telephone. Through the sliding glass door you can access the oceanfront deck. Enjoy the privacy of your own bathroom.

The second bedroom offers a king size bed, TV, VCR, ceiling fan, telephone and alarm clock. Through the sliding glass door you can access the oceanfront deck. Enjoy the privacy of your own bathroom.

The third bedroom sits on the street side. This room offers a king size bed, TV walk-in closet, TV and ceiling fan. Enjoy the privacy of your own bathroom.

The fourth and fifth bedrooms both offer two twin bunk beds. These two room are perfect for smaller children. They share a bathroom, located in the hallway.

Second Level: Walk up the stairs or take the elevator to the main floor of this incredible beach home.

The spacious living/dining/kitchen areas are filled with beach accessories and fabulous décor. The living room offers a TV, VCR, DVD player, surround sound, intercom system, gas fireplace, two sleeper sofas and two yellow club chairs. The built-in bookshelves are filled with paperbacks, for you to enjoy. What vacation would be complete without a bar area, complete with blender, ice machine and plenty of barware.

The kitchen is filled with anything you could need to create gourmet meals. All the appliances are stainless steel and include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a five burner stove. Filled with solid surface countertops and tile floor, this is truly a dream kitchen.

The large rectangular table has enough room for 14 guests to eat together comfortably. Sitting beside the oceanfront windows, you'll enjoy gathering together for moonlit dinners. If you need more seating, there are 12 crisp white chairs surrounding the bar area.

This large space is surrounded by clear windows, with beautiful views of the shimmering blue ocean. The sliding glass door leads you to the upper oceanfront deck, where you'll enjoy laying in the warm sun or gazing at the endless views of the Island.

There are 3 bedrooms on this level. The first is beside the living room, on the oceanfront side. This room offers a king size bed, TV, VCR, DVD player, telephone, ceiling fan and it's own private bathroom with double sinks.

The other bedrooms are located beyond the kitchen. The first room offers a king size bed, TV, ceiling fan, telephone and your own private bathroom.

The next bedroom offers two twin bunk beds. This room shares a bathroom, located in the hallway. Also in the hallway guests will find the second washer and dryer.

Third Level: For a private get-a-way, you'll want to stay in the upstairs bedroom. This is the only room on this level and offers a king size bed, TV, VCR, DVD player, ceiling fan, alarm clock, telephone and private bathroom. This oceanfront bedroom has magnificent views of the Atlantic below.

Flip Flops has everything you need for a great beach vacation. Private pool, oceanfront Hot Tub, beautiful views and enough room for everyone! This 9 bedroom, 8 bath home sleeps family groups of 30 or less.

Flip Flops gladly accepts your pets, with a non-refundable pet fee. It is a smoke-free property. Linens and towels are included in the price; all you need are some extra beach towels.
