Walk the easy few blocks to the sandy beach or hop into the car and park at the nearest public beach access. Whether spending days in the surf or enjoying peaceful evenings at home, you will enjoy the many amenities that Burton has to offer you. Ground Level: Parking for 2, an outdoor hot/cold shower and around back you will find a large wooded yard. There is a picnic table for afternoon lunches and a porch swing for relaxing after long days on the beach. First Level: Burton offers a cozy floor plan. The living room, dining room and kitchen occupy this level. A color cable TV with VCR is provided for your entertainment. There is a double sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping area. Wake up with the birds chirping and enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch. Among the amenities offered are a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and a microwave. A bedroom and bath are also located on this level. This first bedroom offers a queen-size bed. This room has peaceful, wooded backyard view as well as a private deck. The bathroom is accessed from the hall. Upper Level: Upstairs you will find the Master suite, which has a queen size bed and private deck. There is an adjoining private bathroom, closet and a clock/radio/alarm is provided for your convenience. Burton is a true Island getaway. This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath duplex sleeps up to 5.
