Topsail Dunes 3114 is found on the first level in building 3. Come inside and get comfortable in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo; accommodations available for up to 6 guests.

As you enter Topsail Dunes 3114 you will be greeted by an open great room where the kitchen, dining and living areas are clustered together. The kitchen, immediately to your right, is filled with white cabinets, white appliances, and ceramic tile. Equipped with a dishwasher, icemaker, microwave, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, and refrigerator, the cook in your family will feel right at home.

The dining area to the left of the main entrance has a ceiling fan and a table which seats four guests. Brightly colored yellow and blue place settings are the perfect accent for this quaint area. Two chairs are also located at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

A plush eggplant colored sectional sofa conceals a queen sleeper for two, and adds additional warmth to this sun-filled space. Additional features in this cozy living area include a television with cable TV, a radio/CD player, and a small wet bar available for evening entertaining after a fun-filled day at the beach. A papazan-style chair, next to the sliding glass door, is the perfect place for afternoon reading. Tropical fish, light houses, and fishing nets complete the nautical décor in this entertaining space. The sliding glass door, located on the east side of the condo, can be opened to allow salty ocean breezes to infiltrate the space. On the deck, a tangerine colored table and chairs provides the perfect place relaxation while taking in the salty air and ocean views.

Next to the kitchen bar is the hallway which leads to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms this condo has to offer. The first sun bathed bedroom is painted a warm yellow and is located a one end of the hall. The two blue and tan striped twin beds are perfect for the youngsters.

Conveniently located next to this bedroom, you will find the first bath with tub and shower, recently updated with a new vanity and ceramic tile. Next to the bathroom, two bi-fold doors conceal a stacked washer and dryer for perfect for cleaning bed linens and sandy beach towels.

At the other end of the hall you will find the master bedroom which is painted a bright cornflower blue. This bedroom has a blue and green striped king-sized bed, a television, an alarm clock, and direct access to the oceanside deck. Yellow curtains and bedside lamps are perfect warm accents for this cool retreat. Directly attached to the master bedroom is a private bath with walk-in shower and ceramic tile.
