As a guest you will enjoy the comforts of home, while finding all the hidden treasures along North Topsail Beach. Onsite Amenities: Topsail Reef offers it's guests several outdoor grilling areas, a laundry facility and tennis courts. Ground Level: There is a large parking lot available to guests and residents. Century 21 provides our guests with 2 parking passes. First Level: Topsail Reef 178 is located in building 7 on the first floor. The living space is a drop of sunshine. Planked with charming décor and cozy furniture, the living area offers a color TV with DVD player, CD stereo system, 2 brightly colored directors chairs for extra seating and a queen sleeper sofa. Dine at the bar or pull out the dining table and eat on the deck while the moonlight shimmers off of the ocean. Both will seat up to 4. The kitchen is fully stocked with a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator with icemaker and splashy blue and yellow beach-themed dinnerware. The hallway has a built-in twin bunk bed, for sleeping 2. The master bedroom, at the end of the hallway, offers guests a queen size bed, ceiling fan, dresser and alarm clock. The bathroom is accessible through the hallway. For a peaceful, relaxing vacation, stay at Topsail Reef 178. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo will accommodate up to 6 guests.
