You will be close to several shopping and dining locations, public boat ramp, museums, and the Karen Beasley Turtle Hospital. Come to Topsail Island and discover all the hidden treasures of Topsail Beach. Sandy Landing is nestled among local Island Oaks and sits oceanfront waiting for your family to enjoy. The driftwood inspired paneling, coastal colored fabrics and decorations, and seaside living inspired artwork found throughout this home add an extra touch to your Topsail Island getaway. Ground Level: Enjoy the sea breeze as you come upon the boardwalk leading you to a fabulous screened porch as well as a set of stairs leading to an upper sun deck. The upper sun deck offers a private place to soak up the sun and enjoy the ocean breeze. Your family will enjoy the screened porch, which leads to a lovely beachside deck equipped with a grill and dining area. The beachside deck has a boardwalk with an outdoor shower and steps leading down to the beach. Here you will find a nice wide beach offering you the perfect Sandy Landing! The main entrance of this home is located within the screened porch. From here, you will enter the dining and living area of this oceanfront home. The dining area embraces the blues and greens found in the ocean and has an outstanding view of the beach. There is ample seating, a TV, VCR, and DVD player in the living room. The light and airy feel gathered from the high-sloped ceiling and large windows invite you to sit back and enjoy the interesting artwork. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave and offers many extras for the cook in your group to prepare your catch of the day. The master bedroom has several nautical touches that introduce your imagination to a life at sea. The King sized bed covered with a blue comforter featuring lighthouses and ships and several art pieces around this room encourage daydreams as you relax and maybe watch TV. You will also find plenty of drawer space, legroom, and sunlight along with a nice surprise within this master suite. There is a private master bath, with double sinks, which add privacy to your stay at Sandy Landing. The charming second bedroom offers two twin beds with white wicker headboards and designer floral comforters. This sweet space offers an alarm clock radio and telephone for the convenience of its guest as well as a spacious white wicker dresser so you can unpack and settle in for a lovely vacation. The third bedroom offers a Queen sized bed featuring a palm tree motif bedspread and wicker accents. The guest choosing this space will be comfortable in this quiet and relaxing room with extras like an alarm clock radio and oscillating fan. Your check-in location is our Surf City office. Linens are not provided. Pets are not permitted in this property. Smoking is permitted. Maximum occupancy is 6 at any time. Your check-in time is 3:30 pm unless you have confirmed and paid the early bird check-in option. Please be sure we have received complete payment within 30 days of your arrival to avoid cancellation. |
