Make sure you're En the Right Place on your summer vacation this year! This wonderful beach home is located on Topsail Beach, just a short drive to the Karen Beasley Turtle Hospital, fishing pier, shopping and dining.

En the Right Place will soon become your families favorite house to vacation in while staying on Topsail Island. Relax on the covered oceanfront deck that offers built-in seating and outdoor speakers or dine on the covered front deck with views of the wild oaks and city streets.

Ground Level : Parking for 4 cars is provided plus a double garage is available for your use. Beneath the steps, guests will find an outdoor shower, great for rinsing off all that sand.

The entrance to the ground level bedrooms is just beyond the steps to upstairs. Please note that this is the main entrance into the ground level, as the outside stairs lead to the upper level of the home. Modeled in the same style as upstairs, with cool tile floors and soft colors, this space would be a perfect fit for elderly adults, teens or guests that need their own space, but still want to be able to spend time with everyone else.

The first bedroom offers a twin bunk bed, covered in soft pastels. For entertainment this space has a TV and stereo system. Two brightly colored directors chairs are the perfect place to sit while playing games.

The second bedroom offers a double bed covered in subtle yellow and blues. Two yellow and blue director chairs sit in an alcove. Attached to this room is a bathroom with a shower stall. Another room holds a full size washer and dryer.

In less than a minute, you'll be on the beach. A wooden private boardwalk leads guests upstairs and onto the walkway and down to the sand.

First Level: Upstairs guests will find a wonderful gated covered porch complete with a picnic table. Enjoy casual dinners outside or relax with a book out of the warm Carolina sun.

Walk through the purple door and you'll know you stayed En the Right Place this summer. The tile floors, high ceilings and Carolina blue sky welcome you into the beach house.

The galley style kitchen offers both views of the ocean and above the sink guests will gaze out at the Island Oaks. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, built-in microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven and plenty of storage space.

Large families will use both the wooden oval table, seating up to 6 guests, and the large kitchen bar area seating up to 4, for family meals.

The living room is filled with softly colored furnishings. A large white cabinet holds a TV with VCR, stereo and board games for rainy days. The expansive lofty ceiling has two ceiling fans to keep everyone cool.

En the Right Place is an "H" plan home. There are two bedrooms and one bath on either side of the home with the living space in the middle.

The first bedroom, on the right, offers a queen size bed covered in a soft patterned quilt, hand painted blue furnishings and a ceiling fan.

The second bedroom is filled with sunny yellow furniture, a queen size bed, ceiling fan, telephone and alarm clock. Guest of this room will wake up to the beautiful views of the ocean.

These two rooms share a bathroom, easily accessible through each of the rooms.

The third bedroom, on the left side of the home, overlooks the beautiful shoreline. This room offers a queen size bed covered in a multi-colored tinted comforter. This bedroom has white wicker furniture, a telephone, ceiling fan and a TV with VCR hangs in the corner.

The fourth bedroom has two twin beds, covered in fresh green patterned comforters. This room has white wicker furniture and a ceiling fan.

These two rooms share a bathroom, easily accessible through each of the rooms.

En the Right Place is a smoke and pet free property. Linens and towels are provided. Your check-in location is our Surf City office. Your check-in time is 3:30 pm unless you have confirmed and paid the early bird check-in option. Please be sure we have received complete payment within 30 days of your arrival to avoid cancellation.
