This second row home has an unobstructed view overlooking the dunes and expansive ocean. Located just across the street from a public beach access, it's just a short walk to paradise. This four bedroom, 3 bathroom home sleeps 10.

Lower Level:The gravel driveway is bordered by attractive landscape beds and a lush green lawn that extends along the side and back of the house. Follow the boardwalk to an enclosed outdoor shower for a quick rinse after a day at the beach. Stairs lead up to the entrance door and front deck with views of the ocean.

1st Level:The entry door opens into a hallway decorated in a tasteful beach theme. To the left are the stairs to the top floor. On the right is a full bath with a white vanity, white tile floor and festive Caribbean style accents. The shower with tub has a sea green curtain with bright tropical fish. A second door can be utilized for a private commode or shower while leaving the sink available for your co-vacationers. The stackable washer and dryer are in the hall closet across from two linen closets.

Bedroom 1:Two twin beds are cheerful and bright with tropical paradise comforters. A tall chest of drawers in off-white wicker matches the rest of the bedroom suite. This bedroom also offers a clock radio and extra pillows and blankets in the closet.

Bedroom 2:The white bedroom suite offers two side tables, a dresser, mirror, and matching headboard. An underwater scene comforter covers the queen size bed. Hand painted tropical wall art brightens the khaki walls. This bedroom offers a clock and a television with built in VHS. Double sliding doors open to the shared ocean view deck. Stroll out and enjoy the evening air on one of the deck chairs or rockers.

Bedroom 3-Master Bedroom:This room offers a king size bed and a private bath. The shell print comforter in soft shades compliments the bisque finish furniture with shell designs. The khaki walls are framed by the bright white trim. Enjoy the television and VHS player from the comfort of your bed. Sliding doors lead to the ocean side deck and offer a serene ocean view over the dunes. The private full bath has a white vanity, white tile floor and matching shell accessories.

2nd Level:Enter the great room and your eyes are drawn to the wall of windows overlooking the ocean. A sliding door with two long side windows is centrally located. Above light streams in through a large half circle window reflecting off the cathedral ceiling. Four picture windows open the rest of the room to views. The kitchen is crisp and clean with white cabinets and appliances. The light sand colored counter has a raised bar and offers seating for four in swivel chairs. Appliances include a side-by-side fridge, smooth top stove, dishwasher, and built-in microwave. The chef in your group will rejoice at the ample supply of dishes, pans and small appliances. A double toaster, electric can opener,toaster oven, coffee maker, crock pot, waffle maker, and small fryer round out the list.White wainscoting adds the finishing touch below and above the cabinets. Even the double sink has an ocean view. There will be no shortage of volunteers for dishes this vacation. The oval glass dining table offers diners views of the ocean and waving sea oats. Six white bamboo chairs with cushions surround the table. A custom-built window seat with a tropical print cushion is along the south wall. The navy blue living room furniture is a coordinating mix of blue check and blue lighthouse upholstery. The sleep sofa sits opposite two stuffed chairs and an ottoman. A wicker coffee table, two end tables, and a rocker complete the grouping. Ocean views throughout the great room calm the mind. Along the north wall a built-in wet bar offers the requisite blender, glasses and ice bucket. Cabinets below store a magazine and book library, a multitude of board games, and a PlayStation. Enjoy your favorite movie on the large television with DVD and VHS player. Turn on the stereo and dance to some music. The stereo offers a 3 CD changer and a cassette player. Take the party outside to the large ocean side deck. Built-in benches offer casual seating. Let the fun begin.

Bedroom 4:The white wicker bedroom suite stands out against the khaki walls. A light denim spread with soft white dolphins covers the queen size bed. Watch your preferred station on the television with VHS player. Across the hall a full bath is shared with the main living area.
