This intriguing house offers two oceanfront, covered decks, private beach access, and access to the rooftop for fabulous views across the Atlantic. Island shutters compliment the stucco exterior and add to the charm of this tropical home. Landscaped beds border the stone driveway where parking for 5 is available or you can pull into the concrete carport for easy access to the wet weather entry. Beyond the carport guests will find an enclosed outdoor shower on the left with hot and cold water and a built-in bench. To the right a boardwalk and stairs leads up to the main level oceanfront decks and beach crossover.This 6 bedroom, 4 (2)½ bath home accommodates 22 people.

The lower level entry has a tile floor, and a cozy alcove where additional sleeping accommodations offer a queen size bed and hand-painted dresser. A suspended television is available as a dedicated TV for games, VCRs, and DVD.

Classic wrought iron handrails make a statement along the partially open staircase. Upstairs the spacious great room is alive with color and offers seating for all with views of the ocean through 3 large picture windows enhanced with plantation blinds.

Cook up something tasty in the kitchen with a center island hosting a stove and curved eatery bar with seating for 3. Additional appliances include a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Soft yellow walls surround the tall white cabinets that offer abundant storage for the ample supply of dishware, glasses, and cookware. Wall art and glassware in bold cobalt blue and deep red appeal to the senses and match the color scheme throughout the great room.

This level also has a half bath and the laundry quarters. Just off the kitchen, the bathroom with tile floor has a white pedestal sink and a window to let in natural light.A large closet adjacent to refrigerator holds a stackable washer and dryer.

Dine in style at the beautiful natural wood tabletop with antique white legs. Seating for 6 is available on woven seat chairs with vibrant cherry finish wood frames. A unique wrought iron chandelier lights the dinner table with replica candlestick lamps and red shades. The cozy eating area has deep moss green Berber carpeting and ocean views.

Relax in comfort in the tastefully chosen collection of furniture with a lively color paletteof blues, yellows, reds, and greens. A sleep sofa, overstuffed chair, and cushioned bamboo chair with ottoman are gathered around the large natural wood coffee table and deep blue armoire which serves as the media center and offers guests their choice of television or movies with a DVD and VHS player. Wireless Internet is also available here. Across the room, 2 Director's chairs are available for additional seating. Sink into the soft sofa and watch the shrimp boats trawling, or head out to the private deck where a rocking chair with a terrific view waits for you. Oceanfront dining is a breeze at the patio table with 5 deck chairs. The deck continues toward the ocean where a common area deck is shared with Up on the Roof Sun and Stars and has an additional seating area with 2 Adirondack chairs and convenient foot washing stations. Straight ahead the boardwalk, with built-in benches on each side, takes you over the dunes and down to the white sand below.

Upper Level on each side: Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on this floor as well as another oceanfront deck, accessible by everyone through a door at the end of the hall.The common full bathroom has a tile floor and tub with showerhead.

Bedroom 1- EACH Master Suite: This truly tropical suite has a king size bed, dresser with mirror, a chair, and two nightstands. High ceilings and triple windows overlooking the ocean add to the luxurious feel of the room. Your private bath has a single vanity, tile floor, and walk in shower.

Bedroom 2: White furniture, blue walls, and the deep red bedspread on the queen size bed coordinate well with the sailboat theme woven throughout the room with a decorator's touch. The bedroom set includes a dresser with mirror and matching headboard. The sound side picture window has tied white curtains with red accents in front of plantation blinds.

Bedroom 3: Bring the kids. This cozy bedroom sleeps 4 with two sets of bunk beds. White wood frames with ladders to the top bunks are dressed up with coordinating red check and yellow check comforters, adding a cheerful splash of color against the periwinkle blue walls. The large picture window has plantation blinds as well as an island shutter outside.Get the kids snuggled up in bed and turn on the television suspended from the ceiling.

Stroll out to the oceanfront porch with a square glass top table and four chairs and two fun, fish shaped, Adirondack chairs with ottomans and a matching table in blue and cream. Enjoy the cool shade here on a hot afternoon sipping a chilled drink. Stairs on the left lead up to the roof for the best view in the house.
