| Description |
This oceanfront home was built in 2002 and features four (4) bedrooms and three (3) baths, accomodating ten (10) guests with a reverse floor plan. The Sugar Shak is a Smoke-Free Home and pets are not permitted by tenants.
With all the extras you can truly relax in The Sugar Shak; featuring beach funiture for relaxing in front of the waves, board games for family entertainment, and toys for the children. Enjoy meals at the picnic tables, soak in the jetted tub, or choose a movie from the provided videos.
The Great Room is open to the living area, kitchen and dining room and is located on the second floor in order to maximize the views. The living room is carpeted and looks out directly over the ocean where you can access the oceanfront deck. With a TV, vcr, telephone, and ceiling fans; it's a great place to relax. The kitchen features tile floors, a pantry, solid surface countertops, and a TV and radio. The dining room table seats twelve (12) plus the provided high chair.
The Master bedroom is located on the first floor and features a queen size bed. Room amenities include an ocean view, deck access, a television, telephone, clock radio, ceiling fan, walk in closet, and has a bathroom attached with a jetted tub and seperate shower.
The second and third bedrooms share the same features including queen size beds and full size cribs in each room; they are also located on the first floor. Room amenities in each include carpeting, an oceanview, access to the deck, a ceiling fan, and closet.
The fourth bedroom is located on the second floor and provides two (2) sets of bunk beds to accomadate a total of four (4) guests. This room also offers an oceanview, deck access, a clock, ceiling fan, and has a bathroom attached.
The Sugar Shak provides covered parking for two vehicles on the ground floor with additional parking in the driveway. Within a short walk you can find numerous shopping and dining opportunities in downtown Surf City. Please see the entire list of amenities for the Sugar Shak. |
