Ground Level: There is a large parking lot available to guests and residents. Century 21 provides our guests with 2 parking passes. This condominium has private parking beneath the unit for 2 vehicles.

Surf Condo 115 Shellseekers is located on the first floor in one of the most oceanfront buildings. Situated at the edge of the dunes, the oceanfront deck is just above the beach and offers vacationers a splendid view of the ocean. Conveniently located just around the corner from the Surf's beach access and walking paths to the pool, in no time at all you can be swimming in the ocean or relaxing poolside. Surf Condo 115 accommodates 6 people with 1 bedroom, bunk beds, a queen sleep sofa, and 1 ½ baths.

Master Bedroom: This bedroom offers guests a queen size bed with a nautical comforter and white wicker headboard. A matching dresser across the room holds a television. A private half bath is adjacent and has a second door leading to a shared full bath.

The full bath offers a shower with tub and is accessible from the main hallway as well as the master half bath. Across the hall, a sturdy wooden set of bunk beds holds 2 twin size beds with nautical bedspreads. This sleeping alcove is perfect for younger vacationers.

Great Room: On the left the dining area has a glass top round table with 4 wicker and bamboo, upholstered chairs. Additional seating is available at the kitchen breakfast bar where 4 tall chairs look into the open kitchen. This well-stocked kitchen has a simple, classic look with medium finish wood cabinets and brass hardware. Appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. A coffee maker and toaster are also provided for a wonderful, oceanfront breakfast on the deck. What a way to start the day!Ocean views from the double sink make dish duty a pleasure.

The entire great room has fabulous ocean views through the triple window slider to the deck. The seating area has matching white bamboo furniture pieces. A tropical floral print loveseat and sleep sofa are framed by end tables and a coffee table with glass tops. A swivel rocker sits across the room next to the media center, which offers a flat screen TV, DVD and VHS player and a Stereo with CD and cassette. Gather the family for a board game or puzzle and make some memories to last a lifetime. Head out to the deck and see the waving sea oats on the dunes below. Have a seat, enjoy the soft sea breezes and listen to the waves rolling in.

Surf Condo 115 Shellseekers is as close to the beach as you can get without actually standing in the sand. Retreat to the condominium at the end of the day and still feel the draw of the sea. Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean, the ebb and flow of the tide. Paradise is right here.

Your check-in location is our Surf City office. Linens are provided. Pets are not permitted in this property. Smoking is not permitted in the property. Maximum occupancy is 6 at any time.
