Enjoy your stay in Surf City this summer at Britts' Beach Barn. This beach cottage is within walking or biking distance to the activities in Surf City. Pick up some groceries, shop at the local beach shops, catch your dinner on the Surf City Pier or eat out at the many restaurants, all without using your vehicle.

Britts' Beach Barn is three separate cottages. A one bedroom and two, two bedroom cottages are available to rent. Britts' Beach Barn offers direct access to the beach, an enclosed outdoor shower and ocean views from all three cottages.

Britt Upper

Ground Level: The parking lot is divided into three sections, giving each cottage enough parking for 2 vehicles. The steps leading up to Britt Upper are located on the ocean side of the house.

Second Level: The largest of the Britts, The Britt Upper is located on the upper level of the home.

The living space was recently renovated and has new tile flooring with an earth-toned area rug that your feet will sink into. The living room has 2 sofas; one is a queen sleeper sofa, an oversized patterned chair and a TV.

The dining and kitchen area has a large wooden bench-style table, seating up to 6. The kitchen offers you all the basic amenities, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. A wonderful collection of baskets sit on top of the cabinets.

The front door leads to the oceanfront deck. From upstairs you have wonderful views of the Island below you. In the distance you'll see the Surf City Pier, a wonderful sight in the fall, when the fishermen come and it lights up with activity. The deck offers wood rocking chairs and several white chairs to relax on. The steps leading down to the beach are located on the lower deck.

Britt Upper offers two street side bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV with a VCR, stereo, alarm clock, ceiling fan and large dresser.

The second bedroom offers two twin beds, ceiling fan and a white washed dresser.

The full size bathroom is located off the living room.

Whether coming down for a weekend or a week, Britt Upper is a great location for a getaway. This two bedroom cottage sleeps up to 6 guests.

Pets and smoking are permitted in this property. Linens and towels are not provided but may be rented. Please contact us for further information.
