The beach access to Breaktime Townhome is just 75 feet across the lawn with no main roads to cross. Grab your beach towels and tanning lotion and take a stroll to the sea for some relaxation or a dip in the surf.

Ground Level : Covered parking is available for 2 vehicles. The hot and cold enclosed shower is located under the first floor deck on the east side of the property. The entrance to Breaktime Townhome is on the front of the duplex. Located to the right of the covered parking area is a convenient is storage closet for bicycles and beach toys.

First Level: A friendly alcove greets you as you enter Breaktime Townhome. Be sure to hang your jackets up and take your shoes off here, you won't need them for the rest of the week. Take a walk up the stairs to the next floor and discover the three bedrooms and two bathrooms that are located on this level.

The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat, filled with bright cream-colored walls and white wicker furniture. This room has a king size bed covered with palm trees, a TV, one closet, and a private deck perfect for summer night relaxation. A private bathroom with a tub and shower is available for guests staying in this serene room.

Across the hall are large closet doors which conceal a full size washer and dryer, ideal for washing sandy beach towels and cozy bed linens.

The second bedroom, just to the right, has clean cream-colored walls and white wicker furniture. The two aquatic green twin bed comforters are covered in shells from the sea. This bedroom has a small closet and two windows which fill the room with sunlight.

The third bedroom also has cream-colored walls and white wicker furniture. The two twin beds are covered in pale yellow comforters with tropical foliage. This room has a small closet and a TV perfect for evening entertainment after a busy day at the beach.

These two bedrooms share a bathroom found at the end of the hallway. This bathroom is decorated in simple nautical décor and has a full tub and shower. Just around the corner from the bathroom is a stairwell that twists up to the second level.

Second Level: The living, dining, and kitchen areas are located on the second floor. The spacious living area of Breaktime Townhome is drenched in sunlight. The large uncovered deck is a sun bather's dream, perfect for spending the hot afternoons soaking up some rays.

The living room has cathedral ceilings, a wall filled with windows, and a sliding glass door opening to the deck. This space offers a cable TV with DVD, a stereo, a ceiling fan, fireplace and two sofas. The first sofa has a white-washed frame and brightly colored palm leaves. The second is a khaki suede queen sleeper sofa with an attached chaise lounge and recliner. Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace on cool evenings or when friends drop in; the fireplace is available during the Carefree and Getaway seasons only. In addition, the upper deck offers a great area to view nearby housetops and smell ocean breezes.

The bright, open kitchen allows the cook of the house to prepare meals without missing out on all the action. The kitchen is filled with white cabinets, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, built-in microwave, coffee maker, electric can opener, toaster, and pots and pans.

The dining room has a large rectangular tiled dining table, which will seat 6. Enjoy dining on great Topsail Island dishes during your stay at Breaktime Townhome. For extra seating, there are 4 stools available at the bar in the kitchen and a highchair for toddlers.

Tucked in the back of the second level is another peaceful bedroom. Filled with white wicker furniture, the room offers a rich colored queen-size bed, TV, and ceiling fan. Look out the window to see the treetops surrounding Intra-coastal waterway. A full size bathroom is located just across the hallway from this room.

Maximum occupancy is 10 at any time. Your check-in location is our Surf City office. Your check-in time is 3:30 pm unless you have confirmed and paid the early bird check-in option.
