 Description

Serenity Point Townhomes are an exclusive island community located on the Southern Most portion of Topsail Island. Each home offers beautiful ocean and sound views, two bedrooms and a loft area. Serenity Point is conveniently located a short distance to the Karen Beasley Turtle Hospital, fishing pier, shopping and dining. Join a Topsail Beach tradition and visit the Beach Shop and Grill for a hamburger or beach dog. It will be an unforgettable experience. The kids will enjoy the close proximity to the Patio Playground for miniature golf and arcade games.

Onsite Amenities: Serenity Point offers it's guests a swimming pool and private beach access. Pool keys are provided by Century 21.

Tucked away at the end of Serenity Point, closest to the water, at 2139 B Ocean Blvd., Sea-Cluded offers breathtaking views of the Intra Coastal Waterway.

Ground Level: Parking space for 2. The stairs to the front door are located on the right.

First Level: The sunlit living space is filled with bright beach themed furnishings. The living room offers a color TV, VCR, stereo system, fireplace, ceiling fan and queen sleeper sofa. An oversized basket sits near the fireplace, brimming with books and magazines, begging to be read.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and more. You'll be able to cook up that fresh catch of the day without any worries. Gather the family around the dining table, set for 6.

Slip through the glass door to the outside deck and discover the natural beauty of the Sound End. The crystal blue waters of the Intra Coastal waterway are a welcome sight to weary travelers. Sit and watch the boats travel by, until they disappear in the distance.

To save yourself from running up and down the stairs, there is a half bath on this level. The washer and dryer are tucked away in this room.

Second Level: The loft is tucked away in between the two levels. Offering a futon, this space is perfect for mid-afternoon naps.

Up the stairs you will find the two bedrooms. The first bedroom, with it's sun-kissed peach wall, offers guests two twin beds. The bathroom can be accessed in the hallway.

The master bedroom, in aqua blue, offers a queen size bed, TV and beautiful waterway views. Jot down your thoughts at the end of each day, while sitting at the desk tucked away in the nook. Enjoy the privacy of your own bathroom while staying in the master bedroom.

For a secluded, stress-free vacation, stay at Serenity Point Sea-Cluded. This 2.5 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome will accommodate up to 7 guests.

Linens and bath towels are provided. Sea-Cluded is a smoke-free and pet-free property.

Serenity Point properties rent Saturday to Saturday.
