The beach access to License to Chill is located across the street. No driving anywhere, just simply slip some flip flops on and head over for a day of fun in the surf.

If you're looking for a new place to stay in this summer, you've reached your destination, License to Chill. Relax on the 2 covered decks that License to Chill has to offer. After a long Topsail Island day, come inside and experience License to Chill for yourself:

Ground Level : Parking for 4 vehicles is provided. The hot and cold enclosed shower is located on the left side of the parking area. The entrance to License to Chill is on the left side of this duplex. Both sides of the duplex are separated from each other by the entrance way - no ajoining walls.

First Level: A friendly alcove greets you as you enter License to Chill. Take your shoes off and store them here, you won't need them for the rest of the week. Take a walk down the hallway and discover the three bedrooms that are located on this level.

The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat, filled with soft green walls and cream-colored plantation furniture. This room has a king size bed, TV with DVD player, two closets and an ocean view deck. A private bathroom with a shower is available for guests staying in this serene room.

The large deck, off the master bedroom, offers wonderful ocean views. Filled with green striped chairs, this is the perfect spot to have your morning cup of coffee.

The second bedroom, across the hall, has pale blue walls and cottage style furniture. The two twin beds are covered in bold striped comforters. The room also offers a TV with DVD that is neatly tucked into a cabinet. The window looks out into the green foliage that surrounds the back of this home.

The third bedroom also has pale blue walls and through the window you'll feel like your nestled into the trees. The two twin beds are covered in distinctive colorful bedspreads. This room also has a TV with VCR and turtles curiously spread out throughout.

These two rooms share a bathroom, found in the hallway. The bathroom also holds a full size washer and dryer, for washing those sandy beach towels.

Second Level: The living, dining and kitchen areas are located on the second floor. The living space of License to Chill is drenched in summer yellow. The large ocean view deck is perfect for spending the hot afternoons lounging in the shade.

The living room has an updated beach feeling, yet maintains its coziness. This space offers a two sofas, covered in denim, a big screen TV with DVD and VCR, a ceiling fan and glass sliding doors that lead to the ocean view deck.

The upper covered deck offers a great area to view the city. From this level you have great views of the ocean and Surf City's main road. Grab an ice-cold glass of lemonade and enjoy the cool breeze pass by you.

The bright, open kitchen allows the cook of the house to prepare meals without missing out on all the action. The kitchen is filled with white cabinets, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, built-in microwave, blender, coffee maker, food processor and toaster.

The dining room has a large oval cream-colored dining table, which will seat 6-8. Enjoy dining on great Topsail Island dishes during your stay at License to Chill. For extra seating there are 4 bar stools available at the bar in the kitchen.

Tucked in the back is another "beachy chic" bedroom. Filled with white weathered furniture, the room offers a queen-size bed, TV with VCR and ceiling fan. Look out the window and just above the treetops you'll see the blue water of the Intra-coastal waterway.

A full size bathroom with double sinks is located just across the hallway from this room.
